OUTCOME: The session focused on the problems to be submitted to the City Council in the session of 3 December, dedicated entirely to the Consulta. Decisive questions have been identified for each working group, concerning themes that are decisive for the lives of disabled people such as, for example, the dimension of living, policies for children, inclusion in the world of work, accessibility of public spaces in general. At the end the members agreed on a first series of questions to propose to the Prime Minister Lamberto Bertolè in a next interlocutory meeting before the meeting on 3 December.

Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, Milanese agricultural system (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: 
RESOLUTION 105 CIRCULAR 159 
GENERAL URBAN PLANNING AREA
Adoption of the new Plan Document, of the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and of the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Government Plan, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 and subsequent amendments. The measure does not involve any expense.
Summary and illustration of Territorial Government Plan and path.
The following will participate in the work: Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran, Arch. Franco Zinna and the Arch. Simona Collarini.

OUTCOME: The Councilor and the Offices illustrated in depth the contents of the provision concerning the Plan Document, focusing on the 5 objectives that it wants to achieve and the regulatory part necessary to obtain them. The councilors asked questions to which the Councilor provided exhaustive answers. At the end of the clarifications, the President ordered the examination of the provision to continue in a subsequent session.

Council Commission Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Alessandra)
Agenda: Telephone Donna c/o ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda, in Piazza Ospedale Maggiore 3 - pavilion 16 first floor 
Presentation of the main activities carried out by the Anti-Violence Center and for this purpose the following will be present: 
Stefania Bartoccetti -  Founder and Coordinator of Telefono Donna
Paola Aquaro -  Psychologist
Greta Casiraghi - Psychologist
Alessandra Barone -  Hospitality operator.

OUTCOME: The Commissioners went to the headquarters of Telefono Donna, located in the Niguarda Hospital structure, where they viewed the association's headquarters and were able to obtain information on the methods with which this service operates and on the number of women who turn to it.

from 13.00pm to 14.30pm - Commission Room   - CHANGED TIMETABLE
Joint Council Commission Culture and Social Policies and Health Services - Volunteering (Chaired by Councilors Turco Angelo and Vasile Angelica) 
Agenda: "Alzheimer Network. Collaborations between the Municipality and Associations that use art as a healing resource. Presentations of some projects." 
Will be present: Dr. Maistri, Dr. Ferraris,  Dr. Zazzi and some associations that work in the field of mental illness. 
OUTCOME: The Official of the Home Care and Health Culture Area and the P.O. of the Mental Health and Health Culture Promotion and Social Health Integration Unit gave specifications relating to the Municipality's "Alzheimer Network"; specific attention was given to Services and interventions. Furthermore, representatives of the Associations  Alzhalarte, Le Compagnie Malviste and Lyceum were heard,  committed to the active involvement of people with various health problems.

Council Commission Culture (Chaired by Councilor Turco Angelo)
Agenda: Milan Music Week.
The Councilor for Culture, Filippo Del Corno and Dr. Marco Edoardo Maria Minoja, Central Culture Directorate, will be present.

OUTCOME: The Councilor illustrated the characteristics of Milan Music Week, clarifying that the 2018 edition will be held from 19 to 25 November with concerts and meetings throughout the city involving operators from the local, national and international music industry.
A debate followed during which some Councilors hypothesized the promotion of a Milanese music system and also the opportunity to identify city places dedicated to music also at the end of the Milan Music Week.
