Agenda: Presentation of the activities of the neighborhood workshops.

OUTCOME: 

The Director of the Project Development and Strategic Coordination Suburban Plan and the Manager of the Neighborhood Contracts and Urban Regeneration Service illustrated the objectives and activities of the neighborhood laboratories of San Siro, Gratosoglio, Mazzini, Molise-Calvairate and Ponte Lambro. They therefore responded to the requests for information formulated by the Councilors regarding the critical issues encountered, the socialization projects and the opportunity to create constructive relationship networks.

Joint Council Commission Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights and International Affairs, Post Expo, European Policies (Chaired by De Marchi Councilors Diana Alessandra and Pacente Carmine)
Agenda: Presentation of the Brodolini foundation and Ingenere.it.
European Commission and gender as a rewarding criterion in H2020 projects, Target Project and gender equality plan in public organisations.
Dr. Barbara De Micheli - manager of the Brodolini Foundation will speak.

OUTCOME:

During the session, Dr. De Micheli presented the activities of the F.ne Giacomo Brodolini, illustrated the aims of this institution and specifically described the projects (within Horizon 2020, the EU research funding programme): “Genis Lab”, “Target” relating to European policies to combat gender discrimination in the context of research and innovation.

Joint Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Greenery and Participation, Popular Initiative, Open Data (Chaired by Councilors Monguzzi Carlo and Moratti Milly)
Agenda: Start of public debate on the Navigli Project.
Participants:

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor and the guests announced that the public debate on the reopening of the Navigli will begin on Monday 11 June and will end on 24 July. They also pointed out that it will be possible to access a dedicated site online and that it will be set up at Palazzo Marino an exhibition with renderings of the project. During this period of time, citizens will be able to inform themselves and express their observations.
A debate followed during which some Councilors expressed their doubts regarding the cost required to hold a public debate, the little time available to citizens, coinciding with the summer holidays, to consult the material and formulate your observations, the lack of involvement of the City Council, the costs that the Municipal Administration is already committed to supporting for the M4.

Council Commission Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Monumental cemetery: activity updates and presentation of the new Curator.
Councilor Roberta Cocco will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services, the Director of the Funeral and Cemetery Services Area and the Curator of the Monumental Cemetery gave specifications relating to the action plan aimed at enhancing and promoting the Monumental Cemetery with the aim of mapping, file and digitize the 1000 most relevant monuments of the Open Air Museum. Furthermore, the tasks and activities of the new Curator were highlighted. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Joint Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Greenery and Verification and Control of Participated Bodies  (Chaired by the Counsellors Monguzzi Carlo and De Pasquale Fabrizio)
Agenda: Presentation of the Council resolution on the integration of the M4 Convention and redetermination of the timetable.
The following will be present at the commission's work: Councilor Marco Granelli and General Director Dr. Arabella Caporello.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility and the General Director of the Municipality presented the update of the timetable and costs for the construction of the M4 Metro Line, responding on the merits to the questions of the Councilors and citizen committees.

Council Commission Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources (Chaired by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda: Illustration and evaluation of "agile working week 2018".
Councilor Cristina Tajani will participate.

OUTCOME: 

The Offices illustrated the structure with which "agile working" was explained for 2018, examining some aspects in depth and carrying out assessments regarding the response received from companies for this working method. They also focused on the data relating to this initiative within the Municipality. The councilors expressed assessments on the merits, proposed some ideas and asked some questions to which the Offices responded exhaustively.

Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering (Chaired by Councilor Vasile Angelica)
Agenda: Assignment of operational headquarters to the P.as.mil Association.
There will be:

  • Dr. Alessio Cortiana, President of the P.as.mil Association.

OUTCOME: 

The President of P.as.mil. he illustrated the need for his association to have an operational headquarters where it can carry out its volunteering and collaboration activities with the AREU through the use of an ambulance which they have available. In response to this request, the President of the Commission, the Councilor for Social Policies and the President of Municipality n. 6 have tried to identify the most appropriate solution in compliance with current regulations.

Joint Council Commission Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure and Suburbs (Chaired by Councilors Fumagalli Marco Carlo and Osculati Roberta)
Agenda: "Together" project: Rugby in the suburbs.

  • for Mediobanca Giovanna Giusti del Giardino. 

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Tourism, Sport and Quality of Life, the presentation of the "Together" project took place, which aims to facilitate the social inclusion of children and young people at risk of marginalization, making use of sports practice as an aggregating and formative. The project, already started last summer, is the result of the active interest of the CUS Milano sports club, of the subsidy from the Mediobanca Group but above all of the direct involvement of Diego Dominguez, famous former Italian-Argentine rugby player, who after his abandonment of the professional activity he dedicated himself to basic sports training in a social context. The councilors present were able to learn in detail about the project, which for now is divided into the Milanese neighborhoods of Quarto Oggiaro, via Padova and soon in Baggio. The debate that arose in the classroom was able to evaluate in detail the socio-educational spirit of this initiative.
