OUTCOME: 
The Commissioners went to the Al Waqf Al Islami Center in via Padova, inside which the Mariam mosque is located. They were thus able to visit the structure and learn the ways in which religious activities are carried out.

Council Commission Participation, Popular Initiative, Open Data (Chaired by Councilor Moratti Milly)
Agenda: Inspection at the Common Space of Via Iseo, 4 - Milan.
Councilor Lorenzo Lipparini will participate.
 
OUTCOME:  The councilors examined the "Common Space" in via Iseo 4 and were made aware of the many activities that take place there and which involve numerous inhabitants of the neighborhood. The Municipality employee who manages the space provided details regarding the various courses for adults and the moments of leisure and parties for children. They also visited the sports hall and swimming pool managed by Milano Sport, renovated a few years ago.

Agenda: Presentation of the video “Quale Amore” by Mita Graziano presented by the anti-violence network of the Municipality of Milan.
Speaker: Fanny Marchese - Svd disability operator.
 
OUTCOME: The video "Quale Amore", drawn up by the anti-violence network of the Municipality of Milan, concerning the mistreatment of a woman with disabilities, was presented and viewed.
A debate followed during which the speakers of the anti-violence network, some guests: social workers/svd operators and the Commissioners provided indications and suggestions to consolidate collaboration with the associations of people with fragility in order to comfort these subjects and provide them help with local services in cases of violence or mistreatment suffered.

Joint Council Commission Home, Public Works, ERP e Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering (Chaired by Councilors D'Amico Simonetta and Vasile Angelica)
Agenda: Focus on the progress of work for the elimination of architectural barriers in ERP accommodation managed by MM and agreement between MM and the Italian Red Cross for assistance to disabled tenants".
Invited to the Commission were Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, Councilor Pierfrancesco Majorino, Engineer Francesco Tarricone and Dr. Daria Alice Maistri of the Municipality of Milan, Dr. Stefano Zanini of MM Home division and Dr. Luigi Maraghini Garrone President of the Italian Red Cross of Milan
 
OUTCOME: The guests clarified that the agreement in question between the Municipality, MM and the Red Cross was created to support tenants with mobility difficulties when the elevators of the ERP buildings of residence have to remain stopped for a period of more than three days. They pointed out that in this way the quality of life of tenants is guaranteed by offering them the possibility of leaving their home and returning to go to work or carry out specialist visits.
The Councilors asked some questions to which exhaustive answers were provided.

Agenda: Continuation of the lawyer's report for an update on criminal proceedings for crimes against the public administration for 416 bis or with the application with the aggravating circumstance of having facilitated a mafia association in which the Municipality of Milan was a civil party".

Agenda: Inspection of the CEDM L'Orizzonte – Day Center for Minors in Via Nino Bixio 16.
 
OUTCOME:  The Commissioners went to the Day Center for Minors in via Nino Bixio, 16, where a meeting took place with the managers of the facility who described its functions and services provided. At the end of the debate, we proceeded with a visit to the premises hosting the various activities.

RESOLUTION 105 CIRCULAR 159 
Adoption of the new Plan Document, of the variant of the Service Plan, including the Plan for Religious Equipment, and of the variant of the Rules Plan, constituting the Territorial Governance Plan, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 and subsequent amendments. The measure does not involve any expense."
Participating will be Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran, Arch. Franco Zinna, the architect. Simona Collarini.
 
OUTCOME: The Councilor for Urban Planning fully responded to the Councillors' questions regarding the PAR (Religious Equipment Plan) contained in the new PGT and regarding the technical methods for discussing the resolution in the Council, which the President declared discussed at the end of the meeting sitting.

Agenda: Continuation of the inspection at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala - Presentation of the laboratories and the Dance School.
 
OUTCOME: 
The Commission went to the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala. The Head of School illustrated how the school is structured regarding the dance school courses and professional opportunities. He then led the Commissioners to visit the artistic laboratories.
