Update on the topic of the right to education.

OUTCOME: 

Regarding the issue of the right to education, the need to include children with disabilities from the first stages of education for full integration into the socio-economic fabric was highlighted and the inadequate responses of the institutions, starting from the Municipal Administration, were denounced. The non-negotiability of the right to education was also reaffirmed and the themes that will be the subject of the next sessions of the Consulta, starting from September, introduced: work; mobility; the home; the report on the activities of the CSE, CDD, SFA, CAD.

RESOLUTION N. 92   CIRC.    
Suretyship guarantee provided, pursuant to art. 207 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, with City Council resolution no. 60 of 17.12.2012: extension of the duration following the renegotiation of the loan stipulated by the Società Sportiva Franco Scarioni 1925 S.S.D. to r.l. with the Institute for Sports Credit.

OUTCOME: 

The Budget Councilor and the Director of the Budget and Revenue Area illustrated Resolution no. 92 providing specifications regarding the extension of the duration of the Surety Guarantee concerning the Franco Scarioni Sports Club; the Councilors therefore asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given. At the end, the Presidents declared Resolution no. discussed. ninety two.

Agenda: Presentation of the Italian Post Office's strategic plan.
Objectives, impacts on city users, organization of work.

OUTCOME: 

The Management of Poste Italiane, Lombardy and North West area, presented the "Deliver 2022" strategic plan concerning the automation, digitalisation and reorganization of the company's service model.
In particular, the effects of the Plan on the users of the city and the organization of the work of the operators in the Milan metropolitan area were exposed.
The Commissioners presented some requests for clarification on the merits of what was illustrated, to which the company's managers responded promptly.

The representative of the MeglioMilano Association illustrated the project "Take a student home", a cohabitation project between self-sufficient pensioners and young university students for an exchange of accommodation, company and mutual support. You then responded to some requests for information and clarifications made by the Councillors.

Update of Fabbrica del Vapore activities, activities, start-ups, youth businesses and calendar of performances and exhibitions.               

The following will be present: the Deputy Mayor with responsibility for Youth Policies, Anna Scavuzzo and Dr. Fabrizio Chirico.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Youth Policies illustrated the work carried out by the Municipal Administration in the Steam Factory, presented the associations resident in that area, the current situation of the spaces, the ongoing activities and the main initiatives: past, ongoing and future of 2018.

Council Commission Urban planning - Private construction - Milanese agricultural system and suburbs (Chaired by Councilors Ceccarelli Bruno and Osculati Roberta)
Agenda: inspection at the RSA in via Adriano, 97.
The following were invited to the Commission's work:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of some managers of the Urban Planning Department of the Municipality of Milan and representatives of the managing body as well as of the executing company, the inspection was carried out at the construction site area where the completion of the construction of a R.S.A. is expected, where the councilors those present were able to get a concrete idea of ​​the real situation of the existing structure, which is incomplete and abandoned for several years, and of the urban area that hosts it and which over the course of this time has undergone significant urban transformations.

Joint Council Commission  International Affairs - Post Expo - European Policies and Employment Policies - Economic Development - Productive Activities - Trade - Human Resources  (Chaired by Councilors Pacente  Carmine and Specchio Laura)                                Agenda: Milan's Food Policy and prospects in the European Union. Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo will be present at the hearing.

OUTCOME: 

The Deputy Mayor and the Offices illustrated the actions implemented by the Municipality in the field of Food Policy, underlining the strong role played which led numerous European cities to join the process. The councilors made some highlights and asked questions on specific aspects. The Deputy Mayor responded comprehensively to these questions by specifying some passages, assisted in this by the Offices.
