Council Commission Joint Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure and Verification and Control of Participated Bodies (Chaired by Councilors Fumagalli Marco Carlo and De Pasquale Fabrizio)
Agenda: Inspection at the Lido of Milan - in P.le Lotto 15. The Sports Councilor Roberta Guaineri, the Sports Area Director Dr. Mario Almasio, the President of MilanoSport Dr. Chiara Bisconti, the Director of the facility will be present. Dr. Vincenzo Carlomagno and the Deputy Director of the plant Dr. Cesare Guerino.

OUTCOME: The Councilors visited the Lido Seaside Centre, in Piazzale Lorenzo Lotto, built in the 30s, which consists of a central building in Art Nouveau style, a large swimming pool containing 12.000 cubic meters of water and 4 tennis courts (three covered and one uncovered) and 2 for five-a-side football (one covered and one uncovered).

Agenda: Further information on the response to question no. 282/2017, "Arrears relating to premises owned by the Municipality in commercial use; Clarifications regarding the "Lapsed in the E.R.P."    

OUTCOME: The Housing Councilor reported on the arrears inherent to the different uses of the premises of the ERP buildings, for commercial use and for social valorisation; it also provided clarifications regarding the so-called "lapsed" tenants who live in public housing buildings.
A debate followed during which observations were expressed by the Commissioners and requests for further explanations on the topic were presented to which, in addition to the Councillor, the Administration Managers provided responses.

Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Greenery (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: "Evaluation of private streets for public use, to implement any actions aimed at making up for the inertia of the owners" 
The following will be present at the works: the Ass. Marco Granelli, the representatives of the Municipalities.

OUTCOME: The Mobility Councilor gave specifications relating to the actions that the Administration intends to implement for the safety and redevelopment of private streets for public use in the city; highlighted that the competent offices have carried out an initial census. The municipal and municipal councilors asked for clarification, giving examples of some streets and were given exhaustive answers by the Councillor.

Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: STIBM Integrated Tariff System for the mobility basin of the Milan Monza and Brianza Lodi Pavia Basin Agency.
Will be present: Ass. Marco Granelli, the president of the TPL Basin Agency Umberto Regalia, the Director of the Basin Agency Luca Tosi, the Director of Mobility Filippo Salucci, the Director of the Local Public Transport Area Angelo Pascale.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility, with the help of the President and the General Director of the Local Public Transport Agency of the Metropolitan City of Milan, Monza and Brianza, Lodi and Pavia, illustrated the new unitary and harmonized integrated tariff system on the entire multi-province public mobility basin which will be simpler, more transparent and easily communicable as well as guaranteeing economic-financial balance.

Council Commission Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources, Fashion and Design (Chaired by Councilor Specchio Laura)
Agenda:  Closure of the reception center in Via Arcangelo Corelli.
Problems and related job losses. Representatives of the trade unions will participate.

OUTCOME: The announced change of intended use, the subject of the session, by the Minister of the Interior, of the Reception Center in Via Corelli (it will become a Repatriation Centre) will lead, if actually carried out, to the loss of the jobs of the numerous employees who, at various levels, operate within the structure. Furthermore, problems with the safety and management of the people hosted there will be foreseeable and the integration and insertion initiatives organized by the staff for the Center's guests (education, training and socialization activities) will be frustrated. Some recall the lack of competence of the Local Authority regarding these issues and the relative null decision-making power.

Agenda: Sustainability report, compliance with Law 68/99 and any inclusion policies within the Investee Companies".
Will be present: Councilor Pierfrancesco Majorino and Councilor Cristina Tajani;
and in hearing the following companies: 
MILANO RESTORATION with the Sole Director Dr. Fabrizio De Fabritiis and the Director of Human Resources Dr. Monica Lucci;
SOGEMI Spa with the President Cesare Ferrero and the Human Resources Director Dr. Eugenio Bordogna;
SEA Spa with the Director of Human Resources Dr. Claudio Del Bianco, Dr. Massimiliano Crespi and Dr. Sebastiano Renna.

OUTCOME: In the presence of representatives of some of the major investee companies of the Municipality of Milan (SEA, SOGEMI and Milano Ristorazione), a debate was held on the Sustainability Report and its implications on the overall quality of their businesses. The managers of the three companies were thus able to illustrate the concrete actions and general policies undertaken in recent years in favor of the territory, the environment and above all the employees in service. The councilors present asked questions which were answered comprehensively.

Council Commission Education, Education, University and Research (Chaired by Councilor Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: School-Work Alternation.
Councilor Laura Galimberti and Dr. Fabrizio Chirico will be present.

OUTCOME: The Councilor and the Offices focused on the number of students involved in the School-Work Alternation project per course year in Italy and in the Lombardy Region in the 2016/2017 school year, pointing out that in the same school year there were approximately 700 students on alternation work school at the Municipality of Milan.
The main regional innovations in the field of school-work alternation were then recalled, including the possibility for public administrations to play both the role of promoter and host.
Finally, the desire to promote and encourage the School-Work Alternation experience in companies/bodies owned by the Municipality of Milan and in contracting companies for the supply of goods and services was expressed.
A debate followed during which the Councilors formulated some questions to which the Councilor and the Offices provided answers.
