Agenda: PTO 2017-2019. 
Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti is expected to participate in the Commission.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Public Works and Housing gave specifications regarding the 2017/2019 Three-Year Public Works Plan and highlighted the need to identify the real priorities of the City. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. The President considered the topic discussed.

Council Commission Equal opportunities and civil rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana Alessandra)
Agenda: Presentation of the "indifesa" campaign and the "mistreatment and abuse of children" dossier by Terre des Hommes on the prevention of gender violence.
Present at the commission will be: Dr. Federica Giannotta - Head of Advocacy and Programs Italy Fondazione Terre des Hommes Italia Onlus and Dr. Lucia Romeo, pediatrician.

OUTCOME: Dr. Federica Giannotta, Head of Advocacy and Italian Programs of the Terre des Hommes Italia Onlus Foundation and Dr. Lucia Romeo, pediatrician, illustrated the data from the survey carried out in 2016 by Terre des Hommes in Italian schools on a sample of boys and girls aged 14 to 19, as well as those of the national survey on the mistreatment of children and adolescents in Italy. The Commission saw the opportunity to create a collaboration network between responsible figures and institutions, as well as to organize training courses on these topics aimed not only at medical personnel, but also at teachers.

Joint Urban Planning Council Commission, Private construction, Milanese agricultural system e Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno and Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Participation path on the Program Agreement for the redevelopment of the Milanese railway yards.
In addition to the participation of the competent Councilors Maran and Granelli, the participation of the Metropolitan Councilors and the Mayors of the Metropolitan City of Milan is also expected.

OUTCOME

The Councilors for Urban Planning and Mobility illustrated the participation process on the ADP for the redevelopment of the Milanese railway yards, then answering the questions posed by the Councillors.

Council Commission Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources (Chaired by Councilor Specchio Laura))
Agenda: Reorganization of Human Resources and Employment Policies of the Municipality of Milan.
The following will be present: Councilor Cristina Tajani, the General Director, Dr. Arabella Caporello and the Human Resources Director, Dr. Francesca Carmela. 

OUTCOME: The Personnel Councilor and the General Director of the Municipality, with the support of the Director of the Human Resources Area, illustrated: the new reorganization of the macrostructure of the Municipality, the staff organization chart and the forecasts relating to the hiring of new employees. The Commissioners posed, in particular, questions on the organizational structure of the managers and on the tasks conferred on the basis of former articles 90 and 110 of the TUEL which were answered.

Agenda: Presentation of the research on the peripheral neighborhoods of Milan by the urban planning laboratory of the Polytechnic of Milan.

OUTCOME

Representatives of the Urban Design Laboratory of the Polytechnic of Milan gave specifications regarding the redevelopment project of the peripheral neighborhoods of Milan. The councilors appreciated the work done and proposed convening an ad hoc commission for each municipality. The President welcomed the request, so she considered the topic discussed.

Council Commission Education, Education, University and Research (Chaired by Councilor Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: 1st and 2nd grade private secondary schools of the Municipality of Milan.
Councilor Anna Scavuzzo will be present.

OUTCOME

The Councilor recalled that the municipal administration started, starting from 2012, a process of rationalization and reorganization of the private civic schools which, however, did not lead to any negative impact on employment.
He also recalled the issue of overall economic sustainability, specifying that the offer of Civic Schools, today similar to that made available by the state system, in fact represents an important cost for the municipal administration.
A debate then followed during which the parents' representatives and the Councilors expressed some doubts and asked for further clarifications to which the Offices provided a response.

Agenda: Inspection in the green area of ​​via Achille Papa 22/B in front of the entrance to the National Shooting Gallery

OUTCOME:

The President and the Vice President of the National Shooting Range have informed the Commission about the opportunity to create parking spaces to serve the structure in the area in front of the entrance. The President has undertaken to convene a specific Commission session, in order to better explore the topic with the heads of the competent offices.

Joint Council Commission Institutional Affairs Metropolitan City and Municipality e Budget, Taxes - State Property and Purchases (Presided over by the Censi Councilors Arianna and Conte Emmanuel)
Agenda: Metropolitan City Budget.
Hearing of the Managing Director for the Budget.
Budget items of the Municipality of Milan that make up for the shortcomings of the metropolitan body.

OUTCOME:

The delegate councilor of the Metropolitan City, Franco D'Alfonso, exposed the structure of the Budget in terms of resources, spending review, investments and assets. The economic situation, very critical for the Metropolitan City, was analyzed in light of the prospects for developing the skills and functions attributed to the new body. There was no shortage of interventions from individual councilors who expressed their concern for the future of this institution.

Council Commission Anti-mafia (Chaired by Councilor Gentili David)
Agenda: Update of the strategies to combat mafia interests in Expo also in relation to the recent investigations of July and October 2015 and in reference to the Mayor's request for a hearing signed by 7 councillors.
Mayor Giuseppe Sala will be present.

N.B.: The Commission will be joint with the Anti-Mafia Commission of the Council of the Lombardy Region.

OUTCOME

Mayor Sala and Engineer Molaioni explained the strategies implemented by the Administration to counter the action of the mafias. While the lawyer Sala described the action carried out in the procedural context by the Municipality as its own guarantee, also acting as a civil party in a trial. In their interventions, the councilors also intended to highlight some aspects of the events also connected to subcontracting at Expo as emerged from recent judicial investigations.
