OUTCOME: The Mayor's Chief of Staff, with the help of the Director of the Participatory and Real Estate Assets Department, illustrated the 2017 budget of the Department of the same name. Agenda: Insights in relation to the news that emerged in reference to the investigation called "Provvidenza" by the DDA of Reggio Calabria.

OUTCOME: The leaders of So.Ge.Mi. exposed the episodes that occurred involving the vegetable market in the investigation carried out by the DDA of Reggio Calabria. Some councilors have highlighted some shortcomings in the action of the Municipality and SoGe.Mi. in the control of the structure and the uselessness of the policies implemented by the President of the Anti-Mafia Commission and the Administration. Other councilors, however, highlighted the positive action taken by the Administration in stemming the illicit actions that previously took place within the structure and the choice made by the President to try to reach the stipulation of pacts for legality with various entities. The commissioners asked various questions to which the management of So.Ge.Mi. provided answers to the extent of its competence, also specifying the methods of action adopted to increase safety within Ortomercato.

The Chief of Cabinet of the European Commissioner for Regional and Urban Policy, Nicola De Michelis, and representatives of Barcelona, ​​Porto, Zagreb and other cities will be present.

OUTCOME:  The Head of Cabinet of the European Commissioner for regional and urban policy illustrated the current intentions of the European Commission in the field of urban policies and invited metropolitan cities to take action so that contributions in this regard are not reduced. The representatives of Porto, Barcelona and Zagreb in their speeches expressed appreciation for the position taken by the President of the Milan Council Commission and assured that they will make every effort to convince the representatives of the respective metropolitan cities to join the initiative. The councilors intervened by renewing the support already shown during the discussion of the proposal in the City Council, indicated possible subsequent actions and asked some questions to which the Head of Cabinet of the European Commissioner for regional urban policy provided answers within his sphere of competence .

Doubts have emerged from some Councilors regarding the role of the ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) regarding the risk of reduced decision-making autonomy of the Local Authority.
