Agenda: Focus on the Lorenteggio neighbourhood, presentation of the participation path for the new library and look at the context.

OUTCOME:

The Directors, invited to the Commission, gave specifications relating to the urban regeneration intervention that will take place between Via Giambellino, Lorenteggio, Odazio and Inganni and the project concerning the new library, a social aggregator that promotes civic participation and cohesion in the neighborhood, a place of study and book exchange. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers.

Agenda: Problems relating to mezzanines within the M.M. lines.
Councilor Marco Granelli and the General Director of A.T.M. will be present. Dr. Arrigo Giana. 

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Mobility Councilor and the General Director of ATM, the problems of assigning spaces on the mezzanines of the Milanese metro lines were discussed. The ATM General Director and the Councilor responded on the merits to the questions of the Councilors and some representatives of the mezzanine operators.

Agenda: Technological innovation and work: impacts, perspectives, initiatives on the territory. The point of view of the trade unions.
Participants:

  • Massimo Bonini, General Secretary of the Chamber of Labour, CGIL Milan
  • Danilo Galvagni, General Secretary CISL Milano Metropoli
  • Danilo Margaritella, General Secretary of UIL Milan Lombardy.

OUTCOME: 

The Secretaries of CGIL and UIL illustrated to those present the risks relating to the effects on the economic fabric connected to the introduction of new technologies in the business world. What emerged was a substantial unpreparedness of both companies and employees, the need to establish permanent training courses for all workers, in particular for those in their fifties and a more widespread publicity of the opportunities offered by the "Industry 4.0" Plan. Furthermore, the problem of strikes in public transport was raised and some possible strategies introduced to overcome the inconvenience caused.

Agenda: Application of the school-work alternation rule in the Municipality of Milan.
Councilors Anna Scavuzzo and Cristina Tajani will be present. The Headmasters and Teachers of the schools involved will intervene.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilors for Education and Employment Policies presented the projects adopted by the Municipality aimed at promoting school-work alternation. Furthermore, some representatives of Milanese schools reported their experiences in this area and gave suggestions to facilitate students' access to this system.

Agenda:  Presentation of the White Paper on Congress Tourism by Federcongressi.
Participants will be: the Tourism Area Director, Isabella Menichini and the Head of the Federcongressi & Events Delegation, Gabriella Ghigi.

OUTCOME:

The representatives of FederCongressi e Eventi presented the report on the conference activity, currently carried out in the city of Milan; the following were highlighted: numerical data (size of events, number and type of customer expenses); critical issues in the organization; strategies were also suggested for improving the service also in light of the good practices implemented by other European cities.
After the presentation by the Director of the Tourism Sector on what the Administration is doing to implement this activity, the Commissioners presented requests for clarification and more information on what was illustrated, to which the speakers promptly responded

Guarantee provision pursuant to art. 207 of Legislative Decree 18.8.2000 n. 267 to guarantee the loan of €. 5.500.000,00 = which Banca Prossima will grant to Mare S.r.l. for the financing of expenses relating to the construction of a cultural and service center in Via Novara 75.

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Culture, the many years of activity of the Mare s.r.l. company was highlighted. and the related "Mare Culturale Urbano" project, a reality which has long carried out a worthy activity of livening up and redeveloping a peripheral context such as that of Municipality 7, and to which the guarantee in question will be granted.
