Agenda: Inspection at the Civic Aquarium, viale Gadio 2.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Culture and some of the top managers of the Science Exhibitions and Museums Area, the inspection took place at the Civic Aquarium during which the councilors present, assisted by the manager of the structure and some of her assistants, they were able to visit the entire exhibition itinerary of the tanks containing the major native fish species. In an ideal geographical itinerary that starts from the Alpine springs and reaches the Mediterranean Sea, passing through the first freshwater basins such as rivers and lakes, it was possible to appreciate the layout of the natural habitats as well as the water purification plants that guarantee the biological conformity of the tanks. The councilors were thus able to satisfy their logistical and scientific curiosities.

In the presence of Councilor Granelli, the President and General Director of ATM illustrated the Company's programmatic lines, then answering in detail the questions posed by the Councillors.

Council Commission Security and Social Cohesion – Local Police (Chaired by Councilor Pantaleo Rosario) 
Agenda: Inspection at the gardens of Piazzale Accursio 2.

OUTCOME: 

The Commission carried out an inspection at the gardens of Piazzale Accursio, near the basketball court, with the presence of the Local Police and some citizens who highlighted the serious state of degradation that characterizes the area in question. The Commission agreed on the need to increase existing lighting. The commitment was also made to take an interest in the state of implementation of the intervention, already planned, of installing a fence of the equipped green spaces, with consequent regulation of access to the same according to defined timetables.

Council Commission  Institutional Affairs - Metropolitan City and Municipality (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna)
Agenda: Amendment of the Regulations for the organization and functioning of the City Council.

OUTCOME: 

The President and councilor Strada gave specifics regarding the reasons that led to the need for a change to the Regulation and the path that they intend to pursue; the Councilors expressed their doubts on the merits. At the end, the President asked the councilors to indicate in the next commission the points of the proposal that present critical issues.

agenda: Situation in the Portello area - "Milano Alta" project.
The following will be present at the Commission's work:

OUTCOME: 

Councilor Maran and the General Director of Fondazione Fiera reported to those present the state of the art regarding the Portello area and reported that they no longer considered the “Milano Alta” project signed by Vitali SpA to be valid. The General Director then added that it will be the property's right to present a new unitary project coordination study. The President of Vitali SpA, present in the room, contested the General Director's statements and some Councilors asked for greater clarity regarding the decisions of the Fiera Foundation.

Metropolitan City Reform Subcommittee (Chaired by Councilor Palmeri Manfredi)
Agenda:The structure of the budget of the metropolitan city of Milan. The budget advisor Franco D'Alfonso and the Director of the Financial Resources and Budget Planning Area Dr. will be present. Domenico Damato.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor delegated for the Budget and the Director of the Financial Resources and Budget Planning Area of ​​the Metropolitan City illustrated the situation relating to the budget of the Institution, highlighting the difficult economic situation in which it finds itself. In particular, the lack of certain revenues and the annual contribution to the State that the Metropolitan Authority must pay which, for 2017, amounts to approximately 180 million euros was highlighted. The Commissioners, after examining the data, noted the need for regulatory intervention at a national level that reduces the State's levy and that attributes certain revenues to the Metropolitan Cities so that these entities can plan their activities with certainty.

Agenda: State of progress of the projects of the municipality of Milan financed by the Pon Metro resources 2014/2020.
Dr. will be present at the hearing. Paolo Poggi, Director of the economic and financial planning and controls area, intermediate urban authority body for the Pon Metro and Por Fesr 2014/2020.  

OUTCOME:

 The managers of the Intermediate Urban Authority Body for the Pon Metro 2014/2020 illustrated the progress of the projects financed with this European Fund.
A debate followed during which some requests for clarification or in-depth analysis of the issues exposed were presented by the Commissioners to which a timely response was provided by the Offices.
The President announced that the Commission will monitor this issue with monthly appointments starting next September.

Council Commission Security and Social Cohesion – Local Police (Chaired by Councilor Pantaleo Rosario) 
Agenda: Inspection of the area in front of Viale Molise, 47

OUTCOME: 

The Commission carried out an inspection of the area in front of Viale Molise, 47, with the presence of the Local Police and some citizens who highlighted the serious state of degradation and the hygiene and safety problems that characterize the area in question. The Commission agreed on the need to request increased patrolling by the Local Police and a greater presence of Neighborhood Police in the area in question.

Council Commission Tourism - Territorial Marketing - Wellbeing - Sport and Leisure (Chaired by Councilor Fumagalli Marco)
Agenda: Entrance data for concerts held at the San Siro Stadium. Will participate:

• the Deputy General Manager Ticketone S.p.A. Andrea Grancini.

OUTCOME: 

The representative of Ticketone S.p.A. exposed the situation relating to the problems caused by secondary ticketing (secondary ticket resale market) and the lack of legislation on the matter. The councilors intervened on the merits by expressing assessments and putting forward some proposals in order to find solutions capable, at least, of containing the phenomenon. The representative from Barley Arts (a concert organizing company) described the potential future landscape should this practice continue. The President recalled what strategies the Administration could implement in the face of a situation in which the Municipality is only partially a player.

Agenda: Presentation of the new Regional Regulation "Discipline of the planning of public and social housing provision and access to and permanence in public housing services".
Participants:

• Dr. Mauro Cigognini Director of the Housing Planning and Assignment Sector of the Municipality of Milan and a representative of the Councilor for Housing, Social Housing, Expo 2015 and internationalization of businesses in the Lombardy Region.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the main innovations contained in the Regional Regulation on the agenda which introduces innovations regarding the notices and methods of assigning accommodation, the regulation of the institutions of permanence in the same and the methods of presentation of the application, no longer in paper format but electronically.
A debate followed during which the Councilors asked for clarifications to which the offices provided answers.
