Agenda: Presentation of the Manifattura Milano 4.0 project.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Labor Policies, Productive Activities, Commerce and Human Resources and the Director of the Urban Economy and Labor Department presented the Manifattura Milano 4.0 project; the main points have been highlighted. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. At the end the President deemed the topic discussed.

Joint Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, Milanese agricultural system e Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilors Ceccarelli Bruno and Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Mobility Planning And Programming Area    Resolution  N. 28 Circ. 30 Urban Sustainable Mobility Plan (PUMS) of the Municipality of Milan. Continuation of discussion. 
Councilor Marco Granelli will be present.

OUTCOME: the Mobility Councilor reminds the Commissioners of the process of the resolution under discussion with the steps in the City Council for its adoption and approval, in addition to the other obligations required by current legislation.
Mr. Riazzola illustrates the Urban Sustainable Mobility Plan concerning Axes 3 and 4: "Urban space as a common good" and "Governance of the demand for mobility of people and goods".
A debate follows during which the Commissioners present some requests for clarification or further study of the issues exposed. 
The Presidents, not having been able to get all the members to speak due to lack of time, adjourned the discussion on resolution no. 28 at a subsequent commission meeting.

Agenda: Inspection of the former Luce cinema Corso XXII Marzo 14 Milan.

OUTCOME: After a visit to the ground floor of the building in an advanced state of decay in C.so XXII Marzo, 14, the Commissioners, together with some residents of the area, representatives of citizen committees, and delegates of the ownership of the building, discussed the recovery times of the property, on the final destination of the same, once renovated and on the role of the Municipality, in case of lengthening of the waiting times for the renovation.

Council Commission Institutional Affairs - Metropolitan City and Municipality (Chaired by Councilor Censi Arianna)
Agenda: Continuation of discussion: Institutional initiatives to provide Milan with an advantageous tax system.

OUTCOME: The Commission saw the opportunity to establish a working group coordinated by Councilor Forte and composed of a representative from each council group, in order to draft the text of an agenda to provide Milan with a special tax system, in perspective to approve it in the City Council and bring it to the attention of the Metropolitan City of Milan.

Council Commission Culture, Fashion and Design (Chaired by Councilor Bocci Paola)
Agenda: The new Week model as a thematic cultural schedule. Councilor Filippo Del Corno will be present.

OUTCOME

The Councilor for Culture presented the new calendar of cultural initiatives planned for the city of Milan which are organized according to the Week format, i.e. through a weekly concentration of events or trade fairs of international importance, around which a program of events spread throughout the city. Born on the model of Design Week and Fashion Week, the week format finds development in the cultural field with ArtWeek, PhotoWeek and MusicWeek.

Agenda: Fee adjustments 2010/2011 (Aler) and additional charges adjustments 2011/2013: further extension of the deadline to 15 September and actions implemented by the Department.
Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti is expected to participate in the Commission.

Council Commission Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilor Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Extension of the ATM service contract.
The following will be present: Councilor Marco Granelli and ATM President Luca Bianchi.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility and the new President of ATM have announced that they have signed the 12-month extension of the public transport service contract in force, making some changes such as the restoration of the service with the same vehicle frequencies adopted in 2016 , the increase in mileage by one million car kilometres, bringing it to a total of 142,8 million car kilometres, keeping the contractual amount unchanged. Furthermore, it was decided to bring forward some upgrades of lines in the peripheral neighborhoods by activating them from next May. The Councilors expressed their appreciation for the innovations introduced to local public transport, hoping that these interventions will be carried out without creating budget imbalances for ATM.
