OUTCOME:

The President of ALER illustrated the new corporate structure which involves the creation of four Management Organizational Units operating in the city area in addition to the UOG of Sesto San Giovanni and Rozzano. This will allow for more agile and efficient management of ERP housing, a greater presence in the area and a reduction in bureaucratic times to satisfy tenants' needs. The Councilors expressed their appreciation for the new organization and recalled the problems that afflict various popular neighborhoods in Milan.

Council Commission Equal opportunities and civil rights (Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana Alessandra)
Agenda: "Report by President Diana De Marchi on the RE.A.DY conference of 20 October 2017 in Turin".  

OUTCOME: 

The President of the Commission and the Head of the House of Rights of the Municipality of Milan reported on the Turin Conference regarding the policies implemented by the local and regional Administrations of the RE.A.DY network to promote social inclusion of homosexual and transsexual people, developing positive actions and promoting administrative acts and measures to protect them from any discrimination.
The experience of the Archè Foundation was also presented, illustrated by its Milanese managers.

Agenda: Presentation of the new Regional Regulation "Discipline of the planning of public and social housing provision and access to and permanence in public housing services". Continuation of work Commission of 25th July
The participation of Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti, Dr. Mauro Cigognini Director of the ERP Housing Assignment Area of ​​the Municipality of Milan and a representative of the Councilor for Housing, Social Housing, Expo 2015 and Internationalization of Lombardy Region businesses is expected to participate in the Commission.

OUTCOME: 

During the meeting, the representative of the Housing Department of the Lombardy Region and the ERP Housing Assignment Area Director of the Municipality of Milan completed the illustration of the new Regional Regulation. Some doubts have emerged regarding the role of the so-called Municipalities. leader, the distribution criteria of the identified social categories and the highlighted economic criteria. The session ends with the announcement of meeting again for evaluations at the end of the six-month trial phase of the Regulation (May 2018).

Agenda: Three-year anti-corruption and transparency plan update path.
The Riparte il Futuro Association will participate.

OUTCOME: 

The President of the "Riparte il futuro" Association illustrated the current situation and explained the path that public administrations should take in order to combat the danger represented by corruption and make the entire administrative process as transparent as possible. The councilors expressed their positions on the merits of the issue and asked some questions to which the representative of the Association provided answers.

Agenda:  Update on the situation of Città Studi in light of the transfer of part of the universities. Continuation of the work of the Commission of 14 November.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Urban Planning, some citizens and some Councilors expressed their opinions regarding the hypothesis of transferring some faculties of the State University from Città Studi to the former EXPO site and the simultaneous establishment of new faculties of the Polytechnic and Bicocca University at Città Studi. At the end, the Councilor for Urban Planning responded to the questions posed on the merits.

Agenda: First results for pago pa and online pass, call for action for Digital Week.
The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services, Roberta Cocco, will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Digital Transformation and Civic Services announced that the first edition of the Digital Week will be held in Milan from 15 to 18 March 2018, while the managers of the Information Systems Directorate and the Environment and Mobility Directorate illustrated to the Commission the first results of I pay p.a. and online passes. They therefore responded to some requests for information made by the Councillors.

Joint Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering and Integrated Family Policy Plan (Chaired by Councilors Vasile Angelica and Roberta Osculati) 
Agenda: The tutor for unaccompanied minor immigrants: how to join the regional call for voluntary tutors.
Dr. Anna Maria Caruso, Guarantor for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of the Municipality of Milan, will be present.

OUTCOME:

The Guarantor for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of the Municipality of Milan has given specifications regarding the notice "for the selection, training and registration of the lists of voluntary guardians for unaccompanied foreign minors". All private citizens and/or members of voluntary associations, with the requirements set out in the announcement, can participate. The candidates who pass the selection will then have to participate in a targeted and continuous training course, organized by the Regional Guarantor for Children, at the end of which they will be included in the list established at the Juvenile Court from which the judge will select a guardian voluntary for each minor.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the management of the "Cesare Beccaria" Juvenile Penal Institute, the logistical-organizational condition following the opening of the new wing of the building that houses the children and their educators was reflected on. Various critical issues have emerged, some of which have been dragging on for many years, now reaching a worrying emergency level. The councilors present, in addition to taking note of the situation, expressed their opinions on how to deal with the circumstance.

Agenda: Inspection at Cascina Caldera - Via Caldera, 71-77.
The Technical Managers of the Municipality will participate in the inspection.

OUTCOME:

The Commissioners went to Cascina Caldera, located in via Caldera 71-77, where they examined the conditions of this structure, dating back to 1600, and the interventions necessary to restore it and make it safe. The Cascina is a testimony to a centuries-old Milanese agricultural tradition that deserves to be safeguarded.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor, after having pointed out that the Budget respects financial balances and public finance objectives, illustrated the main changes in the current part and the capital account part.
A debate followed during which the Councilors asked questions to which the Councilor provided answers.
The President of the Commission then declared resolution no. 64 discussed and can be submitted to the City Council for examination.

Council Commission for Culture - Fashion and Design (Chaired by Councilor Bocci Paola)

Agenda: Cineteca Foundation: seventy years of activity.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Culture highlighted the fruitful collaboration between the Administration and the Cineteca Foundation, the details of which are established in an agreement, which expires on 31.12.2019.
The President and the General Director of the Cineteca illustrated the Foundation's activity, underlining the importance of the conservation function of the films kept, over 30.000; The events held during 2017 to celebrate the 70 years of activity of this institution and the objectives that they would like to achieve in the future were also presented, especially in the field of training for young people.

Agenda: Presentation of the "MAAM Project" and establishment of the "Happy Popping Registry".

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor illustrated the two projects on the agenda, delving into some aspects relating to the impact on the Municipality. Dr. Zezza gave a detailed description of the MAAM project, underlining the positive responses obtained in the companies where it was introduced. The officials specified how the Administration structured these services. The councilors evaluated these initiatives positively and asked for clarifications on some points, to which exhaustive answers were provided.
