Agenda: Presentation of March initiatives.
Daria Colombo, the Mayor's delegate for equal opportunities, will be present.
OUTCOME: The President, the Mayor's delegate and some representatives of the Municipalities illustrated the initiatives that we intend to organize at an institutional level on the occasion of next March 8th. They also underlined the need to create a manifesto that unifies the various proposals. The Metropolitan Deputy Mayor then spoke and emphasized the need for the institutions to work to promote well-being, as well as some trade union representatives of the Municipality who highlighted some particular aspects regarding violence against women which is also present within the Municipality of Milan and therefore on the need to work on employee involvement and the President of Young Muslims in Italy who, instead, underlines indifference as a widespread condition among young people and to combat which she deems it appropriate to propose educational paths, as well as enhancing the difference as wealth.

Agenda: Reality of Micropools.

OUTCOME: The project manager at the Italian Swimming Federation gave specifications regarding the "Macro project of micro swimming pools" through the viewing of slides; the councilors expressed their reflections deeming the project interesting and valid. At the end the Presidents deemed the topic discussed.

OUTCOME: Councilor Guaineri, the Director of the Sport and Quality of Life Area, Dr. Mario Alasio and the President of the C.S.I. (Italian Sports Center), Dr. Massimo Achini, illustrated to the Commissioners, regarding the Carraro Sports Centre, the sports disciplines proposed and practiced over the last few years. During the subsequent debate, some management problems of the structure in question emerged, the value educational practice of sports and the need to expand the offer of this type of activity to the entire city.

Agenda: Hearing of an ATM manager on the topic of company change at the request of workers pursuant to art. 20 paragraph 2 letter. C of Annex A to the R.D. n. 148/1931.
New ATM service contract.
OUTCOME: During the session, the topic was addressed, proposed by some minority councilors, of the exchange of ATM personnel with that of other similar companies present in other cities to allow family reunions, which the Milanese company has denied since 2007. The Director of ATM staff has listed the economic and competence reasons why the company opposes these transfers, the requests for which are rather limited. Then we moved on to the next item on the agenda where the Mobility Councilor took stock of the status of the new ATM service contract which should come into force in 2018.
