Agenda: Strategy for preventing corruption and combating mafia interests adopted by SEA. The President of SEA Pietro Modiano and the Chief Corporate Officer Luciano Carbone will be present.

OUTCOME: During the session the President of SEA, Dr. Pietro Modiano and the Chief Corporate Officer, lawyer. Luciano Carbone, illustrated to the Commissioners the strategies adopted by the Company regarding the prevention of corruption and mafia infiltration within it. The ensuing debate highlighted some findings on the usefulness of meetings, such as the one described here, and on the role of ANAC in the political decision-making process.

Joint Council Commission Tourism, Territorial Marketing, Wellbeing, Sport and Leisure e Innovation, Transparency, Digital Agenda, Civil Status (Chaired by Councilors Fumagalli Marco and Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Digital tools at the service of the tourist enhancement of Milan: Visit Milan App update. Dr. Isabella Menichini and Dr. Bartocchi, Metropolitan Marketing Directorate, Tourism Area will be present.

OUTCOME: The managers of the Tourism Area, Siad and the Urban Economy and Work illustrated, through the viewing of slides, the update to the "VISITMilano" application, the digital solution that has allowed the Municipality of Milan to "centralise" tourist information in a single “app”; the Councilors asked for clarification on the merits. At the end the Presidents deemed the topic discussed.

Joint Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering e Education, Education, University and Research (Chaired by Councilors Vasile Angelica and Limonta Paolo)
Agenda: Compulsory vaccination regulations for attendance at accredited public and private nursery schools, company nurseries and nursery schools. The following will be present: Councilor Anna Scavuzzo, Prof. Fabrizio Pregliasco – Prof. Gianvincenzo Zuccotti and Dr. Gabriella Lesmo.

OUTCOME:

We continued with the hearings of experts on vaccinations who confirmed their usefulness. As in the session last April 6, all those present asked to prioritize persuasion and recommendations for these health treatments aimed at children rather than compulsory treatment. It was also highlighted that asking parents to present the vaccination certificate when enrolling in nurseries and nursery schools could be useful to get a picture of the vaccination situation of Milanese children and to recover families who have not subjected their children to the treatment due to forgetfulness.

Council Commission Budget, Taxes - State Property and Purchases (Presided over by Councilor Count Emmanuel)
Agenda: Budget and Revenue Directorate - Budget Planning Area No. 38 circ. 48 Management report for the 2016 financial year. Councilor Tasca will be present.

OUTCOME:
The Budget Councilor illustrated the Resolution relating to the 2016 Financial Statement to the Councilors, going into detail on the main factors that compose it, then answering on the merits and exhaustively the questions posed by the Commissioners. The Measure has therefore been declared discussed by the President of the Commission and may continue for the Council debate.

Council Commission Culture, Fashion and Design (Chaired by Councilor Bocci Paola)
Agenda: Presentation of the program and cultural policies of Municipalities 7, 8, 9. With the presence of the Councilors and Presidents of the Culture Commission of Municipalities 7, 8, 9 and of Dr. Bordogna, Director of the Municipalities Directorate.

OUTCOME:

The representatives of Municipalities 7, 8, 9 illustrated the guidelines for culture in the areas of competence, focusing in particular on the role of local libraries, on the valorisation of the proposed cultural offer and on the development of initiatives and activities that involve synergizes the various Municipalities and the associations that operate there.
A debate followed during which the Councilors asked for some clarifications to which the representatives of the Municipalities and the Offices provided answers.
