OUTCOME: 

The managers of the structures hosted at the Crespi Sports Center illustrated the works that affect the structures they have under concession. The councilors examined the state of the structures and also asked some questions to which the managers provided comprehensive answers.

Amendments to the provisions of the PGT Service Plan in force for the municipally owned areas located in the Municipality of Milan, via De Lemene, 59 and via Odazio, pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 15 of the Regional Law. 11.03.2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments, in order to allow the implementation of projects with purposes of public interest. The measure does not involve any expense.

Joint Council Commission Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights and Social Policies and Health Services - Volunteering (Chaired by Councilors De Marchi Alessandra and Vasile Angelica) 
Agenda: Presentation of the "Health in the Mirror" project on the occasion of Breast Cancer Prevention Month.
Participants will be: Dr. Maria Teresa Ferrari President of the "La Cura è io" Association and a representative of the IEO Foundation.  

OUTCOME: 

Dr. Ferrari, President of the “La Cura sono io” Association, told how she experienced and fought breast cancer both from a medical and psychological point of view. She also illustrated the "Hats ad arte" project, a line of original and colorful headgear, designed especially for women who are experiencing cancer, but not only.
Dr. Sonia Scarpante, President of the "La cura di sé" Association, also reported her testimony, focusing on the importance of writing, which she defines as therapeutic, for those who decide to tell about themselves and draw strength from this autobiographical story.

Joint Council Commission Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights, Security and Social Cohesion – Local Police and Anti-Mafia (Chaired by Councilors De Marchi Alessandra, Pantaleo Rosario and David Gentili) 
Agenda: Assistance and help service for victims of mafia-type crimes and organized crime.

OUTCOME: The Security Councilor, the Director of the Security Area and the operators of the Assistance and Help Service for Victims of Mafia-type Crimes and Organized Crime illustrated the aims and organization of the service. They therefore responded to some requests for information made by the Councillors.

Agenda: Initiatives for the shared administration of the common goods of the Municipality of Milan. Continuation of discussion.
The Councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data Lorenzo Lipparini will participate.

OUTCOME: 

During today's session, a continuation of the debate on the theme of the shared administration of the Common Goods, from the meeting of last 6 October, Councilor Lipparini specified the various areas of application of the Regulation of the Common Goods and the spirit of valorisation of the social energy of the territories that underlies this initiative of the Administration

Agenda: Illustration of territorial services relating to the contribution relationship provided by INPS to companies and presentation of the Collaboration Agreement between the Municipality of Milan and INPS.

OUTCOME: 

The Director of Metropolitan Coordination of INPS presented data regarding the territorial services provided by the Institution and the collaboration agreement with the Municipality of Milan which provides for the construction of integrated branches. These will have to provide services in the field of social policies and carry out a consultancy function to people who intend to start their own business.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Culture, the Councilor for Social Policies and the Vice President of the Culture commission of Municipality 3 gave specifications relating to the Common Space in via Porpora; it is a space, a point of aggregation and sociality, used by associations and citizens with free activities and managed by municipal employees. What emerged from the debate was the need to draw up a shared text to simplify the assignment of municipal spaces.

OUTCOME:

The President of the Urban Planning Commission summarized, for those present, the operational path of the deliberative proposal under consideration which has already been discussed in three previous sessions, including two on-site inspections.
Some Commissioners asked some questions and requests for clarification, to which the Offices and Presidents provided answers.
At the end of the debate, resolution proposal no. 53 has been declared discussed and can, consequently, continue its process in the council chamber.
