Agenda: Presentation of the work project in the Adriano district, in relation to the Suburbs Plan. He'll be there:

Councilors Granelli, Maran and Rabaiotti, assisted by the Director of the Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area, illustrated to those present, each for their part of competence, the projects relating to the Adriano district regarding its redevelopment, new mobility and public services as part of the Suburbs Plan.

Council Commission  Anti-mafia (Chaired by Councilor Gentili David)
Agenda: Verification and planning of meetings of the Anti-Mafia Commission.

OUTCOME:

The President outlined the work carried out by the Commission since its inception and proposed the treatment of a series of issues in the near future
Some issues were presented by the Commissioners to be brought to the Commission for adequate in-depth analysis.
The President took note of the requests received, ensuring that all the problems raised will be dealt with.

Joint Council Commission Culture - Fashion and Design and Innovation - Transparency - Digital Agenda - Civil Status  (Chaired by Councilors Bocci Paola and Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Enhancement and protection of the Monumental Cemetery: proposals and tools.
There will be:

  • the Councilors Roberta Cocco and Filippo Del Corno,
  • the President of the Civic Schools Foundation Marilena Adamo and the Director Monica Gattini Bernabò.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Director of the Civic Services Sector illustrated the initiatives for the cultural valorization of the Monumental Cemetery, highlighting the need to carry out a census of burials. They have announced the future publication of a call for the appointment of curator of the "Open Air Museum". The Director of the Funeral and Cemetery Services Area illustrated the operating methods of the video surveillance camera system, located on the perimeter of the Cemetery. The Commission expressed its appreciation for the initiatives illustrated, while the representatives of the Civic Schools Foundation, the "Amici del Monumentale" association and the Milanese marble workers' association declared their availability for future collaboration.

Joint Council Commission Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights, Social Policies and Health Services - Volunteering and Special Integrated Family Policy Plan (Chaired by Councilors De Marchi Alessandra, Vasile Angelica and Osculati Roberta)
Agenda: Policies implemented for separated parents undertaken by the Municipality of Milan and next steps.
Will be present: Councilor Pierfrancesco Majorino and Dr. Aurelio Mancini.


OUTCOME:
The Councilor for Social Policies and the Director of the Territoriality Area have given specifications relating to interventions to support parenting and protection in the field of child protection. The different Services that meet the needs of parents and their children were highlighted: the Territorial Professional Social Services present in each Municipality and the Central Specialist Services with the related offers. Greater detail was requested regarding conflict between adults and abuse/mistreatment in the family.

Council Commission  Budget - Taxes - State Property and Purchases (Presided over by Councilor Count Emmanuel)
Agenda: BUDGET PLANNING AREA

Single Programming Document (DUP) 2018-2020.
Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor clarified that the Single Programming Document (DUP) 2018-2012, approved by the Council at the end of July, will be updated, together with the budget forecast, by 15 November 2017 and therefore approved by 31 December 2017.
He therefore suggested intervening today with the correction of errors, shortcomings or gaps of fundamental importance, reiterating that the document will still be amendable even in the subsequent update phase.
A debate followed during which the Councilors expressed some doubts and formulated some questions to which the Councilor and the offices provided answers.
The President therefore ordered the examination of the measure in question to be postponed to a subsequent session.

Joint Council Commission Urban Planning - Private Construction - Milanese Agricultural System and Culture - Fashion Design (Chaired by Councilors Ceccarelli Bruno and Bocci Paola)
Agenda: Monument to the victims of the Foibe.
There will be:

  • for the Street Furnishings Area the Arch. Paola Viganò 
  • the officials Loredana Brambilla and Alfredo Bonfanti.


OUTCOME: In the presence of the Councilor for Culture, the representatives of the pro-monument committee for the memory of the victims of the Istrian Foibe were heard. It was an opportunity to take stock of the state of the art regarding the donation of this monument to the Municipality of Milan which authorized its placement in Piazza della Repubblica (formerly Piazzale Fiume) on the corner of Via Vittorio Veneto. The councilors were thus able to express their reasons on the importance of commemorating such a historical tragedy in our city.

Joint Council Commission  Institutional Affairs - Metropolitan City and Municipality and Urban Planning - Private Construction - Milanese Agricultural System (Chaired by the Councilors Censi Arianna and Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda:
Experimental realization of a public debate at urban level.
The following will participate in the commission:

  • the Councilor for Participation, Active Citizenship and Open Data Dr. Lorenzo Lipparini 
  • Dr. Agnese Bertello of Ascolto Attivo.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor explained the procedures that the Administration followed to identify the subjects with technical support skills and the interventions that will have to be subject to the public débat procedure. Dr. Bertello, from Ascolto Attivo, summarized the state of adoption of the procedure in Italy, the works that have so far been subjected to it and the difficulties encountered; furthermore, you illustrated the contents of the LIFE Project in which the Municipality of Milan participates. The councilors intervened by pointing out some aspects and asking for clarification on certain points, to which the Councilor responded promptly.
