Agenda: Hearing of the Coordination of Milanese Committees with the participation of:

• Salvatore Crapanzano (President of the Coordination of Milanese Committees),
• Fabiola Minoletti (Current Vice President - Abruzzi Piccinni Neighborhood Committee),

OUTCOME: 
The President of the Coordination of the Milanese Committees and some representatives of the neighborhood Committees illustrated on a general level perspectives and proposals to combat urban decay and safety problems relating to the different neighborhoods of the city. The Commission agreed on the opportunity to consolidate collaborative and interactive relationships between institutions and neighborhood committees, in order to address the various critical issues.

Decisions regarding the participation of the Municipality of Milan in Navigli Lombardi s.c.a.r.l.

OUTCOME:
The Offices illustrated the proposed resolution regarding the disposal of the Municipality of Milan's participation in Navigli Lombardi s.c.a.r.l.; Councilor Granelli explained the political reasons for the provision.
A debate followed during which some requests for clarification on the topic were presented by the Commissioners to which the offices and the Councilor responded to the extent of their competence. At the end of the interventions of those present, the President declared the deliberative proposal discussed and can therefore continue its process in the council chamber.

Council Commission Home, Public Works, ERP (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda: Milano Affitta: Collection of ideas and proposals on the construction of an in-depth path with moments of strong communication to the city aimed at facilitating the meeting of rental demand and supply, laying the foundations for systemic change and responding to urgent needs housing.
Councilor Gabriele Rabaiotti will participate.

OUTCOME: 
In the presence of the Councilor for Public Works and Housing, an analysis of the rental situation in the city of Milan was undertaken, at the same time providing useful data to summarize the current state of the local housing market in quantitative terms. This exhibition allowed us to focus on the fundamental problems to begin to develop a future strategy that can hopefully improve both the offer of public residential construction and the practice of private rental, making the city more hospitable and accessible. A common opinion among the councilors present was that hospitality can be built with effective housing policies, where rent is capable of making the city hospitable, because it intercepts the demand of young people and those with a low income, as well as families composed of a single component.

Agenda: Update on the M4 construction site situation, work situation, communication initiatives - Calls for tenders.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor for Mobility and the Director of the MM Communication Department gave specifications relating to the M4, highlighting the planned activities and the critical issues that emerged; the new timetable will be presented later. The Councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. At the end the Presidents deemed the topic discussed.

Agenda: Results of the Technical Commission for the Establishment of the Citizens' Council for people with disabilities. 
Dr. Daria Maistri, Deputy Director of the Social Policy Department, will be present.

OUTCOME:
During today's session, Vice President Pirovano and the Deputy Director of the Social Policy Area illustrated to those present the outcome of the work of the Technical Commission regarding the 24 admitted candidates, among which the Mayor will nominate the 15 members of the city council for people with disabilities.
