Presentation of the project against violence in the Latin American network.

OUTCOME: 

The numerous guests present illustrated the project, created by the Latin American community, in particular by the Consulates of their respective countries of origin, together with some Italian institutions to help women emerge from silence when abused or subjected to mistreatment.
The illustration of what has been implemented on the merits of this project has received unanimous approval from the Commissioners who, in some cases, have asked questions and requested further information, to which the rapporteurs have provided timely answers.

Presentation of the guidelines for the development of the new "Neighborhood Laboratories" - Social Accompaniment Service (P.A.S.) for the five urban areas affected by the National Program "Neighborhood Contracts II".

Councilor Rabaiotti, assisted by the Managers of the Suburbs Development and Strategic Coordination Directorate, illustrated the third phase of the development of the Neighborhood Contracts program and the new "Neighborhood Laboratories". The ensuing debate highlighted the need for greater coordination between the operating subjects and a more incisive unity of purpose on the part of the members of the Council.

Inspection of the area between Via Ravenna and P.za San Dionigi, to verify illegal camping, bivouacs and conditions of degradation.

Council Commission Education - Education - University and Research (Chaired by Councilor Limonta Paolo)
Agenda:
Presentation of Fondazione Milano activities.
The Councilor for Education of the Municipality of Milan, Anna Scavuzzo and the President of the Milan Foundation, Marilena Adamo will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Education and the President of the Milan Foundation gave specifics regarding the Foundation itself, highlighting that the schools that represent it are a flagship for Milan in the fields of music, theatre, cinema and applied languages and communication. Two of these schools, Claudio Abbado and Altiero Spinelli, award qualifications equivalent to three-year degrees. In the 2017/2018 academic year, requests for enrollment in higher education university courses increased.

Agenda: Temporary uses of spaces within the areas of the former railway yards.
 
OUTCOME:  

The Councilor for Urban Planning illustrated the most important points of the program agreement, signed with FSI, for the temporary use of the Porta Genova, Porta Romana and Farini railway yards, which will be followed by the calling of a public tender for the identification of the manager of these spaces. In this way the airports will be available to the city and the degradation of these areas will be counteracted while awaiting the start of their regeneration process. After an exhaustive debate, the topic was considered discussed by the Presidents of the Commissions.

Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services - Volunteering (Chaired by Councilor Vasile Angelica) 
Agenda: CALD presentation (Coordination of Lombardy Universities for Disability and DSA).
There will be:

OUTCOME: 

The delegates from the Rectors of the Milanese universities exposed the work they have put in place to create paths to support people with disabilities within the University. They also proposed 6 themes on which to discuss with the Administration, also to extend these projects outside the university buildings. The councillors, after applauding the initiative, underlined some specific aspects and proposed some points for discussion and development of paths. The guests provided further explanations and specified some steps. The President recognized the usefulness of convening future sessions concerning specific fields of intervention, jointly with other Council Commissions competent for the matter.

Council Commission Innovation - Transparency - Digital Agenda - Civil Status (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Update access to documents. 
Actions undertaken by the Municipality regarding Transparency.
The Councilor for Participation, Citizenship, Open Data, Lorenzo Lipparini and the General Secretary Fabrizio Dall'Acqua will be present.  

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor and the General Secretary recalled Legislative Decree no. 33 of 2013, Transparency Decree, which imposes on Public Administrations a series of obligations relating to the publication, on the Institution's institutional website, of information, documents and data that the legislator deems may represent a reason of interest on the part of the citizen.
They also recalled the establishment of the Register of civic access, distinguishing the institution of simple civic access from the institution of generalized civic access, introduced with Legislative Decree no. 97 of 2016, regarding the publication of additional content to that which the Public Administration is required to publish.
Finally, the resolution of the municipal council no. was cited. 385 of 10 March 2017 for the approval of guidelines on open government and the promotion and development of civic participation.

Agenda: Inspection at the Major Cemetery.

OUTCOME: 

During the inspection, the Commissioners examined: the state of progress of the reorganization works on the building, within the Major Cemetery, called "The Pyramid", whose project and subsequent construction were marked by serious errors of assessment; of the restoration techniques of the fields for future burials and of Field n. 64, dedicated to the Partisans.

Council Commission Tourism - Territorial Marketing - Wellbeing - Sport and Leisure (Chaired by Councilor Fumagalli Marco)
Agenda: Discussion regarding the Council Resolution-Approval, for the current year, of the guidelines for the provision of contributions to support ongoing sporting activity and the activities of concessionaires of municipally-owned sports facilities - Expenses €. 1.000.000,00=. Immediately executable.
The Sports Councilor Roberta Guaineri and the Sports and Quality of Life Area Director Mario Almasio will participate.

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Sport and the Director of the Sport and Quality of Life Area illustrated the Council resolution relating to the approval, for the current year, of the guidelines for the provision of contributions to support the activity continuous sports activities and the activities of concessionaires of municipally owned sports facilities. They therefore responded to the requests for information and clarifications made by the Councilors regarding the measure in question.

2nd Edition Fall Design Week.

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Labor Policies, Productive Activities, Commerce and Human Resources, the program of events planned within the Fall Design Week 2017 (7 - 15 October) was presented, the city event which aims to promote events of an aggregative and cultural nature to support and disseminate Design, developing and consolidating Milan's role on the international scene as the capital of this important economic sector. In its second edition, this "novegiorni" is not intended to be a copy of the Fuorisalone, but a city event full of meetings, conferences, films, exhibitions and installations conceived and created by the main operators in design and architecture. In particular, space was given to a report on the "Brera Design Days", a series of initiatives concentrated in the neighborhood of the same name and organized by Studiolabo.

Consolidated Financial Statements of the Municipality of Milan for the 2016 financial year.
Councilor Roberto Tasca will be present.

OUTCOME: 

The Budget Councilor illustrated the contents of resolution no. 56, concerning the Municipality's Consolidated Budget for the year 2016, focusing on its main cornerstones. The President of the Commission and a Councilor made some brief considerations, at the end of which, the President himself declared resolution no. 56 discussed, which was thus able to continue for debate in the Council Chamber.
