OUTCOME: Eng Riazzola illustrates the situation of cycling mobility in Milan in the current phase and with regards to the future forecasts of the PUMS. Councilor Granelli reports on the political strategy of the Administration regarding the topic under consideration. A debate follows during which the Commissioners express their opinions on the merits, asking for explanations and providing indications for some different solutions on the interventions envisaged by the Plan; the Councilor replies briefly by providing the answers to the questions asked.

Agenda: "AMA Association - Men's Anti-Violence Desk, Municipality 8". The participation of Dr. Giulia Pelucchi, Councilor for Culture, Education, CAM-CAG-CSRC-, Sports, Libraries, School Buildings, Municipal Associations 8 is expected to participate in the Commission.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Culture, Education, CAM-CAG-CSRC, Sports, Libraries, School Buildings, Associations of Municipality 8 and the President of the Social Policy Commission of Municipality 8 have announced that a Help Desk for Abusive Men has been opened at the Municipality 8, managed by the AMA Association, whose representative provided a response to the information requested by the Councilors regarding the data on the activity carried out and the collaborative relationships with the network of anti-violence centers present in the area.

Agenda: "Sogemi: Presentation of the new Administrator and programs of the Company". President Cesare Ferrero will be present.

OUTCOME: The President of Sogemi presented the new renovation project of the vegetable market, which involves the renovation of the fruit and vegetable pavilion, the technical feasibility phase of which is being concluded and on which the Municipal Administration will have to express its opinion at the end of its procedural process. He specifies that the design was carried out in collaboration with the operators who work there. The Councilors, after asking their questions, hoped that this project will actually be carried out and not be abandoned like the other eight previous ones which were never followed up.

OUTCOME: During the session the representatives of ATS Milan, Assolombarda, the Order of Engineers of Milan and the Trade Union Confederations CGIL, CISL and UIL, in the presence of Councilor Maran, illustrated to those present their intentions regarding the functions to be activated in the railway yards, once redeveloped.

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Environmental Policies and Greenery and the Director of the Area of ​​competence illustrated the current situation of maintenance of greenery in the city, 5 weeks after the start of the works of the new winner of the tender for greenery , also going into the details of the award. They then promptly responded to the questions and criticisms of the Councilors and representatives of the Municipalities, declaring their maximum willingness to report the suggestions proposed by them to the new maintainer, in order to improve the service.

Agenda: Redevelopment of the Maspes Vigorelli velodrome and management methods. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

In the presence of the Councilor for Tourism, Sport and Quality of Life, the overall project for the refunctionalisation of the Maspes - Vigorelli Velodrome was presented and illustrated, which, in the last three years, has undergone various phases in its creation process, which started with the resolution of the Council of December 2014, passing through the reconstruction and consequent approval of the track and the new roofing, as well as the adaptation of the American football field, and which sees the conclusion of the work schedule in the autumn of 2019. After a brief debate, in during which the Councilor responded to the councillors' questions, the President closed the session.

Council Commission Special New Regulations for the Organization and Operation of the City Council (Presided over by Road Councilor Elisabetta)
Agenda: Continuation of work on the proposal to amend the organization and functioning regulations of the City Council.

OUTCOME: The President explained that today's session will focus on illustrating the proposed amendments to some articles of the Regulation and illustrated the salient features, specifying which amendments must be made by law, such as those introduced to update the text and which, instead, would be introduced to try to give greater weight to the opposition or to offer greater fluidity to the work of the Council and of the bodies responsible for preparing the work calendar (Office of the Presidency and Conference of Group Leaders). Some councilors asked for time to examine the proposed changes, others raised concerns regarding certain proposed changes, still others expressed themselves positively with respect to the proposals developed. The Commissioners have agreed that the text, once the examination has been completed, will be approved by this Commission to be sent to the Institutional Affairs Commission to discuss other possible modification proposals that may be received from the Councilors and will finally prepare the deliberative act to be submitted to the Council Municipal.
