Agenda: In-depth study of the Government's proposal for the reorganization of the gaming sector which will be discussed in the Joint Conference on 7 September.
There will be:

  • Pierpaolo Baretta - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance 
  • Angela Fioroni - Regional secretary of the autonomies league.

OUTCOME: 

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Regional Secretary of the Lega Autonomie have given specifications relating to the Government's proposal for the reorganization of the gaming sector; the Councilors asked questions on the merits to which exhaustive answers were given. The Councilor for Social Policies highlighted the importance of supporting social and accompaniment actions for the care and taking care of all game-dependent subjects. At the end the Presidents deemed the topic discussed.

Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, Milanese agricultural system (Chaired by Councilor Ceccarelli Bruno)
Agenda: Hearing of SNAITECH managers - "future ex trot areas".
They are invited:

OUTCOME: 

In the presence of the Councilor for Urban Planning, Green and Agriculture, the representatives of Snaitech S.p.A., owner of the former trotting area of ​​the San Siro racecourse, were heard, as well as the associations of citizens residing in the area who have long been concerned with the fate of these areas which are the subject of redevelopment hypotheses. The Councilor provided a brief history of the relationships between the Administration and the owners, especially in light of the current state of affairs. The councilors present were thus able to express their opinions regarding the safeguarding of the sporting vocation of the area, in synergy with the needs of the property, always guaranteeing the public interest. At the end of the debate the President declared the session closed.

Agenda: A.D. GENERAL URBAN PLANNING 
OF THE. No.51 Circ. No.69  
Counterarguments to the observation and opinion received and approval of the variation to the Rules Plan and consequent variation to the Service Plan of the PGT in force for the area "M1 Gallaratese-Civil Motorization Depot - M1 Molino Dorino Station - SS Sempione SS11 Connection" and for the "M1 Gallaratese Depot - Cascina Fanetta" area. The measure does not involve any expense.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor for Urban Planning and the Director of the General Urban Planning Area presented resolution no. 51 concerning the counterarguments to the observations presented to the Change to the PGT Service Plan envisaged for the "Gallaratese ATM Depot" area. In particular, they report that the observations asking to avoid the demolition of the "Dorino Mill" were partially accepted and, in fact, it will be preserved and renovated. After a brief debate, the Vice President of the Commission declared the resolution to be discussed and can now be evaluated by the City Council.
