Agenda: "Hearing of the Councilor for Culture Filippo Del Corno, to report on his expertise in the field of Suburbs".

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Culture illustrated the Development Plan for culture, in line with the Suburbs Plan, consisting of structural interventions on spaces directly managed or under concession owned by the Municipality of Milan. In this case, redevelopment and functional innovation projects were presented regarding civic museums and exhibition spaces, live performance halls and the network of 24 local libraries.

Joint Council Commission Labor Policies, Economic Development, Productive Activities, Trade, Human Resources e Anti-mafia (Chaired by the Councilors Specchio Laura and Gentili David)
Agenda: "In-depth analysis of the planning and management procedures of commercial events on public land of a zonal nature" in the presence of Ascoservice and Anac representatives, as per the request signed by some councilors, pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 1 of the Council Commission Regulations. The commission will be behind closed doors.

OUTCOME: Today's meeting was held behind closed doors.

Joint Council Commission Urban planning, private construction, agricultural system e Mobility, Transport, Environmental Policies, Energy, Civil Protection, Animals and Green (Chaired by Councilors Ceccarelli Bruno and Monguzzi Carlo)
Agenda: Mobility Planning and Programming Area  N. 28 Circ. 30 Urban Sustainable Mobility Plan (PUMS) of the Municipality of Milan. Adoption. Councilor Marco Granelli will be present

OUTCOME: The Councilor for Mobility and the Environment and the Director of Planning and. Mobility Programming have given specifications relating to the PUMS highlighting the training path of the Plan; the councilors expressed their doubts on the matter. At the end, the Presidents considered the Presentation of the Plan to be discussed and announced further in-depth sessions.

Joint Council Commission Social Policies and Health Services, Volunteering e Education, Education, University and Research (Chaired by Councilors Vasile Angelica and Limonta Paolo)
Agenda of the dayo: Compulsory vaccination regulations for attendance at accredited public and private nursery schools, company nursery schools and nursery schools.
Mario Faccini - ATS Milano - Dr. Anna Maria Caruso - Children's Guarantor - Dr. Gabriella Lesmo - Lawyer Saverio Crea - Deputy Mayor Anna Scavuzzo will be present.

OUTCOME: During the session the topic of compulsory vaccination in children was addressed and from the debate the opinion emerged that, instead of focusing only on compulsory nature, it would be appropriate to launch information and communication campaigns aimed at families on vaccines. Therefore give priority to persuasion and recommendations for these health treatments aimed at children. Some Councilors have highlighted that, instead of proceeding with hexavalent immunisation, we could return to the quadrivalent vaccine against hepatitis B, tetanus, diphtheria and polio which is in fact the one required by law, leaving freedom of choice on the measles and whooping cough vaccines. The Presidents concluded the meeting by announcing that other sessions will be dedicated to the topic under consideration.

Council Commission Special Integrated Family Policy Plan (Chaired by Councilor Osculti Roberta)
Agenda: "Hearing of the Councilor for Public Works and Housing Gabriele Rabaiotti regarding housing policies in Milan".


OUTCOME: The Councilor focused on the housing dimension that characterizes the city of Milan, pointing out how a good part of the recent development is linked to large real estate operations for the construction of large-sized real estate units at a disproportionate unit cost and on average out of proportion for families . 
He also highlighted how the presence of a very high percentage of ownership and a long permanence of people within the rented public property determine a rigidity of the social system within which the first to suffer are newly established families and young people.
The representative of the Ambrosiano Welfare Foundation recalled that the Foundation deals with supporting Milanese workers in temporary economic and social difficulty. He then reported some data, reporting in particular that 50% of the needs collected by the Foundation concern housing. 
A debate followed during which the Councilors formulated some proposals and asked for clarifications to which the Councilor and the guest responded.
