Approval of the new Shareholders' Agreement between the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Brescia regarding the stake held in the company A2A S.p.A.

OUTCOME:

The professor. Martinelli, President of the AEM Foundation, explained the purpose of the Foundation, specifying that it is a business foundation and listing the 4 lines along which it moves: protection and enhancement of heritage, environmental education, training of specialist knowledge and skills , connection of research projects on energy and environment. He also underlined the donations granted by the AEM Foundation through the disbursement of approximately 1 million euros per year. The councilors asked questions about the tasks of the Foundation, the reasons for its establishment and the management of the funds at its disposal, to which the President responded in great detail. Other councilors highlighted some aspects of the resolution under discussion, asking for further information. The President of the Commission ordered an in-depth analysis of these issues and updated the discussion on the provision itself.

Agenda: Inspection at the Central Registry in Via Larga - visit to the Archive.

OUTCOME:

The Commission went to the Central Registry Office in Via Larga to examine the organization in the provision of services to citizens and to verify the progress of the project for the digitization of personal data cards.

Council Commission Home, Public Works, ERP (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda: ERP houses owned by the Municipality of Milan: adjustments to fees, expenses and additional charges for years after 2009.

OUTCOME: 

The Councilor explained that 4 bills equaling fees and expenses relating to past years were sent to ERP tenants. The first, equal to 50 million euros, expiring on 30 June 2017; the second, equal to approximately 29 million euros, expiring on 16 December 2016; the third, equal to approximately 22 million euros, expiring on 16 December 2016 and the fourth, equal to approximately 11 million euros, expiring on 30 December 2016. He pointed out that this is a match that is 13 years old.
The tenants' unions have asked for a moratorium on the payment of the aforementioned arrears and a timely verification of the same, also believing that some adjustments have lapsed.
The Councilors debated the topic, asking for clarifications to which the Offices provided answers.

OUTCOME: 

The President of SEA illustrated the good results obtained by the company in recent years and its future prospects aimed at further increasing the activities of the Milan airports while providing profits to its shareholders. The Councilors asked for some clarifications on the data provided to which a comprehensive response was given.

OUTCOME:

The President and the Councilors initially stigmatized the absence of the representatives of the Local Police, who had been invited to the meeting, attributing it to an alleged denial of their presence by the Security Councilor, Rozza. There was a long discussion about whether it was appropriate to continue or suspend the meeting, which then continued out of respect for the other guests, primarily a representative of FIAB (Italian Federation of Bicycle Friends), who extensively illustrated the method that could be used to create a bicycle registry, which would serve to reduce the high number of thefts that occur annually in Milan. A representative of bicycle retailers also intervened, proposing a technical commission to collaborate in finding the best solution. At the end, the President postponed the topic to a subsequent meeting, which will take place in the presence of today's same guests and representatives of the Local Police.

Agenda: Pact signed between the Order of Psychologists and the Municipality of Milan "rights to start in Lombardy for a better future for the young generations".
The President of the OPL Dr. will be present at the Commission. Riccardo Bettiga and the Working Group on OPL Rights. 

OUTCOME:

The President of the OPL and the Working Group on OPL Rights gave specifications regarding the Pact signed between the Order of Psychologists and the Municipality and the project relating to the protection of children and adolescents. The councilors asked questions on the merits which were given exhaustive answers. At the end the Presidents deemed the topic discussed.
