COLLECTIONS AND VOLUNTARY COLLECTION AREA
• Management, supervision and monitoring of the voluntary collection of tax and non-tax revenues and fees, entrusted by the Management of the Entity through a loading list or other agreed method, with particular reference to the notification processes, examination of recurring debt situations, installments, collections and reconciliation of payments, refunds and compensations, in collaboration with the Revenue Monitoring Unit
• Analysis, design and gradual implementation of the management of voluntary collection of all different revenues, aimed at making the management of arrears more efficient
• Support to the Departments involved to ensure the coordination and effectiveness of revenue collection processes 
• Management of the collection of the permanent land occupation fee (with the exception of areas connected to advertising media and dispute and violation procedures) in collaboration with the departments involved
• Management of contribution quotas relating to nursery and spring sections services, in collaboration with the Education Directorate, supervision and monitoring of voluntary collection
• Design and development of proposals aimed at promoting the relationship with citizens and businesses, through reporting systems, bank statements, review of voluntary collection models to ensure better comprehensibility and transparency, in collaboration with the Revenue Monitoring Unit
• Management of reimbursements and compensations, with drafting of the related administrative documents, for the relevant activities
• Management and monitoring of the voluntary collection of installments relating to building permits presented through the impresainungiorno portal 
• Management of relationships with citizens and businesses in collaboration and coordination with the Revenue Monitoring and Evasion Recovery Area
• Management of litigation and direct exercise of the Administration's defense before the Tax Commission for the relevant part
• Management of requests for access to documents, support and collaboration with the competent units for all administrative procedures, procedures regarding transparency, privacy, quality and anti-corruption systems
• Management of activities related to the development of innovative solutions aimed at both the simplification of processes and the automation of party obligations, and the provision of interactive services and transaction services to citizens, entities and businesses and their intermediaries in collaboration with the Technological and Digital Innovation Directorate
• Management of activities related to the development and management of dematerialisation and replacement archiving processes for the relevant part in collaboration with the relevant Departments / Areas
• Studies, analysis and management of changes resulting from the implementation of new regulations for the relevant part
• Monitoring of debtors' arrears through the use of specific information systems (for directly managed debt situations)

FORCED COLLECTION AREA AND HIGHWAY CODE SANCTIONS
• Management of activities relating to the matching of payments to the corresponding sanctioning acts deriving from violations of the Highway Code and from administrative violations for the part of competence
• Study, sharing and launch of criteria, methodologies and procedures for increasing the collection rate of traffic violation reports during the first issuing phase 
• Analysis and development of systems and procedures aimed at simplifying the process of control and collection of collections in the event of violations of the Highway Code, also in collaboration with the Technological and Digital Innovation Directorate
• Management of the activity relating to the compulsory collection of prefectural and union orders and of the sentences of the Justice of the Peace, in collaboration with the Sanctions and Traffic Procedures Area
• Coordination, management and monitoring of the processes of compulsory collection of municipal revenues relating to tax, property and other revenues, as well as reports and administrative sanctions for violations of the Highway Code in collaboration with the Collections and Voluntary Collection Area and those responsible for the Entry, also in support of investee companies upon request of the latter
• Management of the collection of violation reports raised by the local police for the land occupation fee
• Collaboration with the competent units of the Urban Safety Directorate for the identification of multiple owners of registered vehicles
• Management of disputes relating to the collection of property revenues and the compulsory collection of all revenues for entrusted loads; management of insolvency and bankruptcy procedures in collaboration with the Lawyers 
• Management, supervision and monitoring of compulsory procedures activated by third parties, of precautionary and real estate procedures, in order to guarantee the best organization of activities towards citizens and businesses;
• Management of relationships with citizens and businesses for compulsory collection activities  
• Design and development of proposals, including IT, aimed at promoting efficiency in the entire management of compulsory collection in collaboration with the other competent structures
• Management of reimbursements and compensations, with drafting of the related administrative documents for the relevant activities
• Management of installments for all management areas
• Verification and management of self-defense requests, related suspensions and discharges, revocations and cancellations relating to the measures issued (injunctions, executive and precautionary measures)
• Design and development of project proposals aimed at promoting the relationship with citizens and businesses, through reporting systems, bank statements, review of compulsory collection models to ensure better comprehensibility and transparency in collaboration with the Revenue monitoring unit
• Management of requests for access to documents, support and collaboration with the competent units for all administrative procedures, procedures regarding transparency, privacy, quality and anti-corruption systems
• Monitoring of taxpayers' arrears through the use of specific information systems (for directly managed debt situations)
• Management of activities related to the development of innovative solutions aimed at both the simplification of processes and the automation of party obligations, and the provision of interactive services and transaction services to citizens, entities and businesses and their intermediaries in collaboration with the Technological and Digital Innovation Directorate
• Management of activities related to the development and management of dematerialisation and replacement archiving processes for the relevant part in collaboration with the relevant Departments / Areas

REVENUE MONITORING AND EVALUATION RECOVERY AREA
• Management of reporting activities for all management collections
• Management of payment reconciliation activities in support of the Management and in collaboration with the Areas and units involved
• Management of the phases related to Budget and PEG Planning and the related residual reassessment activities and spending commitments
• Management of relationships with collection dealers
• Monitoring and control of the roles handed over to the Concessionaire (Revenue Collection Agency) in collaboration with the Management Areas
• Coordination of activities relating to assistance to citizens and businesses in relation to tax revenues and other revenues entrusted for collection through the organization of the front office desk system
• Collaboration for the management of web editorial staff and CRM systems
• Planning, direction, coordination and implementation of activities functional to the reporting of evasive phenomena pursuant to art. 1 of Legislative Decree 203/2005 in case of alleged evasion of state taxes; liaison with the Authority's Departments for the collection and management of relevant information, in collaboration with the Urban Security Directorate
• Management of relations with the Revenue Agency for tax evasion recovery activities
• Planning and management of activities related to the fight against local tax evasion in relation to property taxes and waste taxes
• Support to the anti-money laundering manager for all relevant activities
• Management of activities related to the estimate and evaluation of building areas and the related assessment activity of buildings and building areas
• Management of control and verification activities of buildings and areas, for the performance of the Management's functions
• Management of activities related to the development of innovative solutions aimed at both the simplification of processes and the automation of party obligations, and the provision of interactive services and transaction services to citizens, entities and businesses and their intermediaries in collaboration with the Technological and Digital Innovation Directorate
• Management of requests for access to documents, support and collaboration with the competent units for all administrative procedures, procedures regarding transparency, privacy, quality and anti-corruption systems
