PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, PRIVACY, GENERAL AFFAIRS UNIT

  • Management and administration of personnel, organization, activities envisaged by Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, logistics, mobility, in conjunction with the State Property and Heritage Directorate
  • Training coordination of Area staff

  • Support and assistance for the political-institutional activities of the Council Groups

  • Web advertising and editing, on the Institutional Portal and on the Institution's Intranet, of the activities of the Council Groups
  • Management for the headquarters in Via Marino, 7 in conjunction with the competent departments, of the activities related to ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, of the contract for cleaning services, of fire prevention devices, of instrumental equipment (video surveillance, furnishings and related handling, printers / scanners network,...), meeting rooms, as well as auxiliary personnel
  • Planning, budgeting and management F.aR.C. functioning of the Council Groups  Management of the activities envisaged by the current legislation on Asbestos for the headquarters in via T. Marino, as part of the census and monitoring of asbestos and FAV (Artificial Glass Fibres) in municipal buildings
  • Coordination of the emergency team for the headquarters in via T. Marino, 7
  • Collaboration with the Personnel Management, Privacy and General Affairs Unit for the planning and management of training activities for staff assigned to the Unit
  • Support to the Management for the evaluation of the staff assigned to the secretariats of the council groups
  • Technical-IT assistance, management of IT and telephone equipment assigned to the Area and the Council Groups, management of the Presidency Intranet
  • Carrying out activities related to the role of Representative of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 for the Area and support to the Management for the management of aspects related to Health and Safety in the workplace, in collaboration with the Personnel Management, Privacy and General Affairs Unit

ACTS UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL

  • Investigation relating to the validation and subrogation of the members of the Municipal Council
  • Planning and organization of the activities of the City Council
  • Publication on the portal of the City Council's activities: process of elaboration and revision of the texts for the purposes of compliant publishability of the contents
  • Application and monitoring of the digital document management procedure of the Council Chamber
  • Collection, monitoring, processing and publication of statistical data relating to the functioning of the Council Chamber
  • Investigation activity for the payment of attendance allowances for City Councillors
  • Assistance and minutes of the meetings of the City Council and the Conference of Group Leaders
  • Drafting of amended texts of documents relating to the activities of the City Council
  • Investigation activity (reception, registration, formation of the object, destination to the competent Directorates) for the treatment of the questions and motions presented by the Municipal Councilors
  • Management, monitoring and feedback on the implementation status of motions and questions
  • Assistance and minute-taking of meetings of the President's Office

ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT AND RELATIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL

  • Investigation activity and legal-administrative consultancy for the formalization of council initiative proposals
  • Support to the City Councilors and the President's Office for the preparation of statutory and regulatory changes relating to the functioning of the institutional, consultative and guarantee bodies
  • Organisation, on the initiative of the Presidency of the Council, of study trips abroad for students and adults
  • Organization of missions abroad for City Councillors
  • Support to the Area Director for the management of the activities necessary for the functioning of the Directorate, with particular reference to: budget management, FARC management of the Area, monitoring and control of expenses, planning and controls, legal-administrative activities
  • Management of assignment assignment activities
  • Provision of data to external bodies for control purposes
  • Secretarial assistance to the Board of Guarantors in the preliminary investigation of popular initiatives
  • Activities related to transparency, civic access, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering
  • Liaison with the Single Central Procurement Directorate regarding tender procedures for the purchase of goods and services functional to the activities under the Directorate's responsibility and the management of the related contracts
