Supervised public bodies
Pursuant to paragraph 4, the Public Administration is prohibited from disbursing sums in favor of the Bodies in cases of omitted or incomplete publication of the data on the Municipality's website, with the exception of payments that the Administration is required to disburse against contractual obligations for services carried out in his favor.
Therefore all the Offices, before disbursing sums to the Institutions for any reason, are required to verify on the site that the requested data has been published.
In the "Attachments" section, the data and information of the Supervised Public Bodies are published, pursuant to art.22.
