Controlled private law entities
Pursuant to art. 19 of the 2017-2019 Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan, the annual report relating to private law entities under public control is published, prepared by the Strategies and Control Area of Companies and Investee Bodies, as required by art. 12 of the 2017-2019 Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan, for the purpose of sending to the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Manager by January 31st of each year.
In the "Attachments" section the following are published:
- the data and information of the controlled private law bodies, pursuant to art. 22 Legislative Decree 33/2013
- the annual report on the application of the art. 22 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2013 n. 33 and on the fulfillment of transparency obligations
- the legality protocols stipulated by the Municipality of Milan and relating to the obligations regarding the prevention of corruption and transparency.
