Superrental contribution for young people and families
The Municipality of Milan, in collaboration with the "Milano Abitare" Agency, has launched a rental support measure dedicated to families and young people under 35 (with ISEE < €30.000) who stipulate an agreed rental contract for properties with rent not exceeding €9.600,00 per year.
The contribution is paid annually for the five-year duration of the contract and provides up to a maximum of €2.000 per year.
