Lombardy Land Bank
The Banca della Terra Lombarda is a public inventory of uncultivated or abandoned land, publicly or privately owned, which the owners allow to be temporarily assigned to other subjects with the aim of putting them back into cultivation.
Land is considered abandoned or uncultivated if:
- they have not been in productive use for at least two years
- already intended for agricultural crops and pasture, they have seen the establishment of spontaneous shrub and tree formations.
