General Report (Chapters 1 to 6) | Attachments no. 1, 2 and 4

Il Plan Document defines the reconnaissance and planning framework of reference for the economic and social development of the municipality, and the cognitive framework of the municipal territory, as well as thegeological, hydrogeological and seismic structure.

Furthermore, in general, the Plan Document identifies the development objectives for territorial policy, the quantitative ones for the overall development of the PGT, determines the policies for mobility, for residence and for public residential construction, in addition to primary, secondary and tertiary activities. Identify the areas of transformation, the relevant intervention criteria for the environmental, landscape and historical-monumental, ecological, geological, hydrogeological and seismic protection; finally, the Plan Document identifies the main ones elements characterizing the landscape and the territory and defines i equalization criteria.

In Plan Document (DdP) of the PGT, the documents reporting the planning policies of Milan, including the strategies, objectives and actions to be pursued, the reconnaissance framework with respect to higher-level planning acts and the cognitive framework of the municipal territory. The documentation reports the contents of the superordinate planning in force in the drafting phase and in the adoption phase of the PGT. 

The Plan Document, pursuant to art. 8 paragraph 4 of LR 12/2004 and subsequent amendments, ha five-year validity.
