How?

With the creation of digital platforms, some also geo-referenced, to further promote the digitalisation and simplification of services to citizens. 

Support the transition towards a low-carbon economy by promoting interchange in favor of public, shared and cycle transport over private transport.
How?

• Expanding and improving cycling mobility
• Increasing the areas of shared and sustainable mobility (sharing systems)

To improve the services offered to people in difficult housing conditions, reduce extreme marginalization and reconnect the local fabric in degraded urban areas.
How?

• Strengthening the Third Sector and social networks to reduce extreme marginalization and support personal autonomy.
• Renovating public buildings and consequently expanding the offer of residential services
• Innovative models for urban redevelopment and the response to housing, social and work needs.

Building smarter, more resilient and sustainable cities, capable of positively impacting quality of life and the environment, including improving the resilience of urban systems in the event of stress such as those generated by the pandemic.

How?

• Interventions to support new digital services, in continuity with Axis 1;
• Interventions to support sustainable mobility, in continuity with Axis 2;
• Interventions to support the reduction of consumption of non-renewable resources and emissions of climate-altering substances through energy efficiency operations and use of renewable sources in infrastructure;
• Interventions to improve and strengthen the environmental quality of the urban context, to support the process of ecological transition and circular functioning of the city;
• Interventions to relaunch the urban economy damaged by the health emergency, with particular attention to the sectors of culture, tourism and sport.

Strengthen, also by acting in complementarity with the other actions of the PON Metro, the social, economic and employment system of the city territories.

How?

• By financing further inclusion and social and employment revitalization actions, both by strengthening the actions already present in the Programme, in particular on Axis 3, and by providing new spaces for intervention;
• supporting as many people as possible, both through direct support and through involvement in socialization and sharing activities, aimed at overcoming the crisis situation, avoiding the increase in inequalities and supporting inclusion.
