Intersectoral Transport and Mobility Committee

The Intersectoral Committee for Transport and Mobility, chaired byMobility Planning and Programming Area, it is made up:

  • Mobility Planning and Programming Area
  • Technical Area Infrastructures for Mobility
  • Public Transport Sharing and Parking Area
  • Specialist Territorial Infrastructure Directorate
  • Green area

It has the function of expressing a unified opinion regarding mobility on the projects presented by:

  • Technical Area Infrastructures for Mobility
  • Green area
  • Urban Regeneration Directorate
  • Territorial Government, Urban Furnishings and Decoration Area
  • Other subjects/bodies internal and external to the Administration

On the basis of individual projects, the participation of other subjects/bodies internal or external to the Administration is possible, upon specific invitation, in the capacity of supporting the Committee's decisions.

As part of the new urban planning procedures for issuing building permits, the Committee is divided into three phases:

  1. Pre-Feasibility Verification
  2. Verification of Design and Technical-Economic Feasibility
  3. Verification of the Final Design

As part of the new urban planning procedures for issuing building permits, the documentation that private operators must submit to the Intersectoral Committee for Transport and Mobility is shown in the attachment.

In relation to the Traffic Study reported in the list, private operators are given the opportunity to verify the need to prepare such a Study or not, providing a series of information relating to the planned intervention.
If the operator were to prepare the Traffic Study, the Administration will provide the indications and information necessary for its correct preparation.
