The amounts due when submitting the application (e.g. secretarial fees/fines/monetization/construction contribution) must be paid exclusively using the pagoPA payment notices generated within the online portal. It is not possible to attach receipts for payments made using other methods.

It's possible submit requests/communications for building permits only via the platform Company in a day.

For practices presented through OnlyOne-Pratiche Edilizie, it is specified that:

Furthermore, requests for verification by the certified bodies regarding the SOA certification must be submitted directly to the PEC address of the Office/Unit in which the intervention was carried out.
• for the payment of the amounts due for secretarial rights, sanctions, monetization and construction contribution must be made by bank transfer: Banca Intesa Spa, in favor of the Treasury of the Municipality of Milan, IBAN IT15V0306901783100000300001 - Reason: indicate address, cadastral data and owner of the construction practice, in addition to the type of payment (sanction, secretarial fees, monetization for.../ primary, secondary urbanization charges, Dusaf). It is necessary to attach the bank receipt certifying the execution of the transfer.

• Notices of the start of work and/or change of DL/company are presented in PDF/A format, digitally signed and sent via PEC to the address: sueprotocollo@postacert.comune.milano.it together with the power of attorney for digital presentation and the necessary attachments - for all practices presented in OnlyOne.
• Requests for reimbursement/return of sums paid in excess or in error are presented in PDF/A format, digitally signed and sent via PEC to the address: sueprotocollo@postacert.comune.milano.it together with the power of attorney for digital presentation and the required attachments.

• The start-of-work communications - CIL - relating to the works aimed at satisfying contingent and temporary requirements to be removed within 180 days (art. 6 paragraph 1, letter e-bis Presidential Decree 380/2001) are presented according to the methods envisaged for each Municipality Service of the Neighborhoods and Municipalities Directorate.
• The communications of the start of activity - CILA - "variant" of CILA presented to the Municipal Services of the Neighborhoods and Municipalities Directorate as well as the related communications of the end of the works, are presented according to the procedures envisaged for each Municipality Service of the Neighborhoods and Municipalities Directorate . If the variant works concern interventions under the responsibility of the SUE, they must be presented CILA - Communication Commencement of Work Certified.
