The Lombardy Region has adapted the contents of the unified and standardized building forms to the new provisions of the 2020 community, national and regional legislation.
Before filling out the forms, read theinformation relating to data processing drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of the European Union Regulation n. 2016/679.

The agreements between the Government, the Regions and local authorities have provided for the exclusive adoption of unified and standardized building forms for the submission of reports, communications and requests.

Private sewerage
Connection and authorization for drainage/modification of the internal sewerage network of buildings/private areas/private streets, checks on compliance with regulations, historical archive of building networks.
The Private Sewerage Office deals with the verification of compliance with the regulations of drainage networks serving buildings of any type (public or private), kiosks, newsstands, buildings, car parks, paved areas, private streets, issuing the necessary authorizations where necessary the execution of works aimed at discharging into public or private sewer pipes, road manholes, waterways and soil, as well as the control of existing buildings in response to requests or reports from private individuals and/or bodies or verification of conditions declared for the purposes of usability.
Inspection and release of copies of the sewerage projects of the buildings and related authorized building consistency with indication of the connections authorized until 2006.
In particular:
- Preliminary verification of the projects of the internal sewerage network of newly built buildings, preparatory for the issuing of building permits and/or connections to sewerage or other receptor bodies for which no other bodies have been identified;
- Issue of authorizations for discharge in areas not served by public sewerage not under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan City and in particular for the disposal of rain flows in the superficial layers of the subsoil or in municipal manholes/ducts and for discharges into private manholes/ducts or in sealed tanks ;
- Issue of the authorization to use the discharge outlets located below road level;
- Testing (conformity verification) of the internal sewerage network with the regulations aimed at verifying the requirements for the release of usability or the existence of the declarations made;
- Checks on compliance with the regulations of the internal sewerage network on complaints and reports from bodies or citizens.
- Inspection of the documents regarding the internal sewerage network of the buildings and the related authorizations issued, from which to find both the number and the position of the connections to the municipal sewerage authorized until 2006.
