Data Controller
The Data Controller of personal data is the Urban Regeneration Directorate of the Municipality of Milan with headquarters in via Sile 8, 20139 - Milan

Purpose and legal basis 
The processing of data is aimed at carrying out its task of public interest and connected to public powers, for the purpose of managing all construction-urban-environmental activities relating to the qualifications as defined in Presidential Decree 380/2001, in Legislative Decree . 152/2006, in Legislative Decree 42/2004, in the Territorial Government Plan and in the Municipal Building Regulations, as well as pursuant to L.241/90 and article 5 of law 7 August 2015 n° 124.
Personal data are processed in compliance with the conditions established by EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular:
- from art.6-par.1 letter. e) and art. 2 ter of Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data".

Type of data processed
The management of building-urban-environmental activities involves the collection of the following personal data:

• Personal data (name and surname, place and date of birth)
• Residential address
• E-mail address: Ordinary post and/or certified e-mail
• Tax code or VAT number
• Phone numbers
• Land registry data

Methods of data processing
The processing takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. It is also carried out with the aid of electronic instruments consistently with the operations indicated in the art. 4, point 2, of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Nature of treatment
The provision of data is mandatory and failure to provide it precludes the possibility of carrying out the activities envisaged by the procedure as well as the consequent obligations inherent to the proceedings/procedures.

Communication and dissemination of personal data
Furthermore, personal data may be communicated to third parties (e.g. ATS Milano Città Metropolitana; Superintendence, Metropolitana Milanese) in relation to construction proceedings in compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 of Presidential Decree 380/2001, as well as environmental proceedings pursuant to Legislative Decree. 152/2006 and for all proceedings they may be disseminated in compliance with the obligations established by the regulations in force.
regarding access to documents, transparency and publicity.

Categories of data recipients
The processing is carried out by authorized persons committed to confidentiality and responsible for the related activities in relation to the purposes pursued.
The data processing is also carried out by people from BUCAP SPA VAT number 01371361005 and AMAT SRL VAT number 12908910156 who assume the function of Data Controllers pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
 
Data retention
The data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case for the period envisaged by the provisions regarding the conservation of administrative records and documents.

Data transfer to third countries
The data processed for the aforementioned purposes are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organisations.

Rights of interested parties
Interested parties can exercise the rights provided for by the art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access one's personal data, to request rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if the conditions exist as well as to oppose the processing by contacting the request to:

Right of complaint
Finally, we inform you that interested parties, if they believe that the processing of personal data relating to them occurs in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (art. 77) have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, (www.garanteprivacy.it ) or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
