Variations in progress that do not present the characteristics of the essential variations

Variations to building permits that do not constitute an essential variation, provided that they comply with urban planning and building regulations and are implemented after the acquisition of any consent documents required by the legislation on landscape, hydrogeological, environmental and historical heritage protection constraints , artistic and archaeological and other sector regulations.
