Appointment for information relating to building practices currently under discussion
The meeting is aimed exclusively at technical discussion between professionals and internal technicians, to resolve the irregularities covered by the communication sent by the SUE.
You can book an in-depth interview either with the Technician in charge of the construction practice or with the Procedure Manager of the treatment group.
To book use SPID or your Electronic Identity Card. Otherwise you can proceed without registering by providing your name and surname and an email where you will receive the link to make the booking. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing the interview.
The scheduled appointment will be visible in the Appointments section of your digital citizen file.
In case of inconveniences, you can cancel the appointment using the link contained in the confirmation email or by accessing your digital citizen file.
The municipality staff will also be able, if necessary and giving reasons, to cancel the appointment: in this case you will be notified by e-mail.
The service provided by each RdP includes seven (7) appointments per week from 14pm to 00pm, lasting half an hour each, divided into the following days:
Municipalities 1-2-3 and 9: every Wednesday
Municipalities 4-5 and 6: every Tuesday
Municipalities 7 and 8: every Monday

The interview will take place in Teams or, in case of technical problems, via telephone.
The day before the appointment you will receive an email asking you to check in to receive the meeting link via email. During check-in you will be able to report any technical problems that will lead to the interview returning to the telephone mode.
By selecting the Teams link you will enter the virtual waiting room, and you will be admitted to the conference as soon as possible, consistent with the continuation of previous appointments. To avoid suffering or causing delays, organize your questions in advance based on the time available.
Check the following before joining the video conference:
• TOOL: videoconferencing involves the use of a PC or other tool equipped with a microphone and speaker/earphones/headphones, the video camera is optional. During the interview you will be able to show the project documentation by sharing your screen.
• BROWSER: Microsoft Teams currently supports Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge RS2 or later, Chrome, Firefox and Safari 11.1+
• CONFIDENTIALITY: the interview is reserved only for the professional indicated in the booking, who must confirm his identity at the beginning of the interview.
