SCIA in amnesty

Interventions carried out in the absence of SCIA, or in non-compliance with it, if the aforementioned interventions comply with the urban planning and building regulations in force both at the time of their implementation and at the time of submission of the application.

  • carried out in the absence of SCIA, or in non-compliance with it,
  • if the intervention complies with the urban planning and building regulations in force both at the time of its implementation and at the time of submission of the report
