Restructuring (so-called “heavy”)

Building renovation interventions that lead to a building structure that is completely or partially different from the previous one and that involve changes to the overall volume of the buildings or elevations, or which, limited to the properties included in homogeneous zones A, involve urbanistically relevant changes in the destination of use.

Constitutive elements of the case provided for by law:

  • do not involve the complete demolition of the existing building
  • and involve: increase in the overall volume, changes to the façade of the building, change of urbanistically relevant use in the historic center
