Il Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component.

Il Rules Plan (PdR) of the PGT indicates i waterways forming part of the Main (RIP) and Minor (RIM) hydrographic network, i fountains, the relative ones respect bands and hydraulic police regulation.
