Implementation Rules | Attachments no. 1, 3, 5 and 6

Il Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component.

(general contents of art. 10 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)

Il Rules Plan (PdR) of the PGT regulates the entire territory of Milan, in particular:

• identifies and regulates the areas of Consolidated Urban Fabric (TUC) of the municipal territory - Ancient Formation Nuclei (NAF); Recently Formed Urban Fabric (TRF);
• points to him properties and areas subject to protection and safeguard based on state and regional legislation;
• identifies and regulates them areas and buildings at risk of major accidents; 
• implements the provisions and implements the guidelines of Provincial Territorial Coordination Plan;
• identifies the areas subject to the regulation of Regional Parks -  South Milan Agricultural Park; North Milan Park; 
• identifies them agricultural areas of the South Milan Agricultural Park;
• identifies and regulates them areas of landscape-environmental and ecological value;
• indicates i constraints for soil protection and administrative constraints; 
• indicates the areas regulated by administrative measures in progress or in any case in force.
