Table R.01
Il Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component.
(general contents of art. 10 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)
Il Rules Plan (PdR) of the PGT identifies areas of geological, hydrogeological and seismic risk and vulnerability and implements the rules and regulations to which the same areas are subject in relation to territorial transformation activities.

This documentation contains any changes required by the City Council Resolution no. 35 of 13/03/2017, which became effective with the publication in the BURL Series Notices and Competitions n. 24 of 14/06/2017, and previous provisions.
