Control and maintenance of heating systems
The Municipality of Milan has entrusted the company Amat srl the inspection service for heating systems located in the municipal area.
Through the Amat website it is possible to request:
- home temperature control for centralized systems
- control of one's own heating system, that of others and of one's own condominium
- the change of manager of a heating system or its disposal
- CURIT operators and condominium administrators they can consult the spaces dedicated to them directly on the Amat portal.

AMAT, Environment and Territory Mobility Agency is a technical structure of the Municipality of Milan which since 2000 has been carrying out services in support of municipal functions in the field of planning, programming, design, management, monitoring and control relating to the development of the territory and greenery, urban planning, mobility and public transport, parking on the road and in structures, road safety, environmental resources such as air, physical agents, water resources, the circular economy, energy and climate.

The systems in Annex B will be subjected to a new inspection in the 2021/2022 thermal season or in the following one.
