They can request one derogation to circulation in Area B, the owners of private vehicles, taxis and NCC with Euro 5 diesel power which by March 31, 2023 have signed a long-term purchase, leasing or rental contract for a new vehicle.

The exemption is valid until the delivery of the new vehicle, however no later than June 30, 2024.

Documents to attach to the request

• front/back copy of the registration document
• long-term purchase/leasing/rental contract for the new vehicle

Euro 5 diesel vehicles headed to one of the interchange parking di Lampugnano, Forlanini e Rogoredo, whose owners are in possession of annual or monthly parking pass, may request an exemption to reach such places for the duration of the subscription.

• front/back copy of the registration document
• copy of the annual or monthly parking pass

They can get further 30 days access and circulation in Area B, even non-consecutive, persons in possession, at the time of submitting the request, of a ISEE valid and less than 20.000 euros.

From 8 January 2024 the days of access and circulation in Area B will therefore increase:

• from 25 a 55 for residents
• from 5 a 35 for non-residents.

The days will be available in the period between 1 October and 30 September each year.

• copy of a valid identity document of the applicant 
• front/back copy of the registration document of the vehicle to be exempted

Until 30 September 2024 vehicles used for transporting people (category M1) Euro 5 diesel are authorized, in derogation of environmental prohibitions, to access and circulate freely in Area B for the day/period of use of the vehicle in car pool.
