Online payments via PagoPA - Surveys and copies of building records
Milan, 1 June 2023 – The online procedure for submitting the request for the inspection and copy of the building files has been integrated with a search web service which will allow the identification and selection of files relating to building practices submitted from 2002 to today.
The new web service will allow the user to identify the references necessary for submitting the request for access to documents (protocol number/procedure number, date, subject and type of qualification).
The telephone support service available at the numbers will always remain active 02 884 64986 / 66224 (Monday to Friday from 14pm to 16pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 12pm).
The procedure for submitting the request for access to documents has also been integrated with the new payment method for secretarial/research rights via the integrated PagoPA online service. Payment via postal current account will no longer be accepted.
The system will automatically calculate the amounts, based on the type of request, which will be adjusted to the rates provided for this type of service in the Regulation for access to administrative documents.
