NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE VARIANT - COMPLIANT WITH THE CURRENT URBAN PLANNING INSTRUMENTS - TO THE INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM "ADRIANO MARELLI/CASCINA SAN GIUSEPPE - AREA A"

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR no. 12 of 11.03.2005

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Variation to the Integrated Intervention Program "Adriano Marelli/Cascina San Giuseppe - Area A" located in the north-eastern quadrant of the City and concerning the area included between the streets Adriano, Tremelloni and Vipiteno, adopted with resolution of the City Council no. .1629 of 22/09/2017, which has become enforceable in accordance with the law, will be deposited for free viewing by the public in the Municipal Office Building in Via Bernina, 12 – Thematic Planning and Area Enhancement Area – 3rd floor, starting from the 26th /10/2017 and until 09/11/2017 with the following opening hours: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The documents cited will also be made available to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan:

Any observations on the project in question and any accompanying graphics must be produced in two copies on plain paper and must be presented - during opening hours to the public (Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and Wednesday from 14.00pm to 16.30pm) - at the Single Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate – Via Bernina, 12, ground floor – by 12.00pm on 24 November 2017.

This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline itself will not be taken into consideration.
