NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE MANDATORY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN NAMED “PA7 (TROTT)” CONCERNING THE AREA OF VIA PICCOLOMINI 2-4

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR 11.3.2005, n. 12

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Mandatory Implementation Plan called “PA7 (Trotto)” concerning the area of ​​via Piccolomini 2-4, compliant with the current PGT, adopted by the Municipal Council with resolution no. 1965 of 29 December 2022, which has become enforceable in accordance with the law, will be deposited for free viewing at the Municipal Offices in Via Sile, 8 - Implementation Planning Area 1 - 7th floor, room 720 - in due course from the 3 February 2023 to the 17 February 2023 by telephone contact at the following numbers: 02.884.66192/02.884.66814, with the following opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The cited documents will also be made available to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan (www.comune.milano.it, at the following path: “home > Thematic areas > Urban Regeneration and Urban Planning > Urban planning publications”).

Any comments on the project in question must be submitted no later than 12.00 pm on 4 March 2023 primarily by certified email - PEC, to the following address planningurbanisticattuativastrategica@postacert.comune.milano.it, or, alternatively, to the email address urb.atpa2@comune.milano.it (attaching a copy of your identification document) or on plain paper (in duplicate) by telephone contacting the following number: 02.884.66814.

This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline itself will not be taken into consideration.

This notice is published onPraetorian Register online of the Municipality of Milan (https://www.comune.milano.it/servizi/albo-pretorio-online), on the website of the Municipality of Milan and on the SIVAS website of the Lombardy Region.
