The online Notice Board is an IT space, accessible without formalities, in which documents relating to acts and provisions are published which, based on current legislation or by choice of individual public administrations, must be made potentially accessible to anyone.

What it contains
Publication in the online noticeboard is scheduled for:

• resolutions of the City Council and Council
• all management decisions
• decrees to change name or surname
• marriage publication documents
• documents produced by other public administrations that require their publication on the register
• all the documents that were posted on the traditional Praetorian Notice Board.

Conditions of use
Limited to the period of publication, the citizen's acquisition of published documents occurs free of charge and without formalities. The provisions regarding tax and stamp duty are applied only in case of use.

Privacy
The online publication process of the documents strictly complies with the indications of the Privacy Guarantor on the matter.
