SUBJECT: Procedure for verifying eligibility for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) relating to the proposed “Greco-Breda Special Area” Implementation Plan. Communication of making available of the Preliminary Report on SEA eligibility and convening of the Verification Conference.

Considered, with reference to the SEA procedure in question, that:

• with Management Resolution no. 5088/2022 on 24 June 2022, the procedure for verifying the eligibility for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) was started for the Implementation Plan relating to the "Greco-Breda Special Zone";
• with Management Resolution no. 5367/2022 dated 04 July 2022, in addition to the sectors of the public interested in the decision-making process, the subjects in question have been identified, respectively, the subjects competent in environmental matters, the territorially interested bodies and the functionally interested subjects;

we inform you that:

- the Preliminary Report is made available from 9 December 2022 until 9 January 2023 for the purposes of consultation and with a view to presentation during the first session of the Conference;

- the aforementioned Preliminary Report will be published:

• on the regional website at Sivas link;
• on the municipal website at the link Urban planning publications

and deposited for free viewing at the municipal offices in via Sile, 8 on the 7th floor (Implementation Planning Area 1 - Proceeding Authority) and on the 3rd floor (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area - Competent Authority), with the following time: from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

- is announced – pursuant to art. 14 and following of Law 241/90 and subsequent amendments and Annex 1 to DGR n. IX/761 of 10 November 2010 and in agreement with the Competent Authority (Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area) – the SEA eligibility verification conference divided into two sessions on the following dates:

- 22 December 2022, at 10,00 am as a session aimed at illustrating the Preliminary Report.

- 9 January 2023, at 10,00 as a session aimed at acquiring opinions, contributions and observations on the merits.

Both sessions will take place remotely via the Microsoft Teams platform. In order to be able to prepare invitations and access for online meetings, the recipients of this document are asked to indicate, a few days before the event, one or more email addresses of the participants by writing an email to the address: urb.atpa1@comune.milano.it.
