Milan, 10 April 2020 – The main initiatives promoted in recent days by the municipal administration.
Shopping vouchers: until April 15th, families with specific requirements will be able to request 'shopping vouchers' for the purchase of food, with a value - variable depending on the composition of the family unit - of 150 or 350 euros per month for 2 months. Recipients will be able to choose between two different modes of use: prepaid card or smartphone application.

Music For Hope: Easter with Andrea Bocelli. On Sunday 12 April starting from 19pm it will be possible to follow the tenor's concert in streaming which will take place in the suggestive naves of the Cathedral. No access for media and public, in compliance with government provisions regarding CoViD-19.

Six patrols of the Local Police and four teams from Civil protection municipality on the front line for the delivery of protective equipment to doctors and paediatricians. A distribution plan for 12 thousand masks is being planned which also includes the popular neighborhoods of the city.
The solidarity network of the police forces has also extended to the benefit of students of the Torricelli institute, with home delivery of computers, essential tools for distance learning.
