Milan, 6 April 2021 - State Property: the deadline for requesting an extension of the 30 rental payments has been extended to 2020 April. The concessionaires of municipal properties for commercial and socio-cultural use still have a few weeks to submit the application for installment payments for last year's rents.
The new Regulation for Collection and Revenue Management provides for the granting of the extension in 8, 24 or 36 instalments, depending on the annual amount of the fee.

Transports: Area C extended “briefly”, Area B and parking on blue and yellow lines still suspended. The mobility choices made on February 25th have been extended, when the Area C restricted traffic zone was restarted, with short opening hours, from Monday to Friday in the time slot between 10am and 19.30pm. Area B gates are still off and free parking on the blue and yellow lines until further notice.

Baggio Pavilion: the tender for the valorisation of the new multipurpose hall and for the "Piazza dei saperi" is out. The municipal administration has approved the guidelines of the public procedure for the management of the space in front of the civic library, the construction works of which will be completed by the end of July.
The notice is aimed at non-profit associations, non-profit organisations, social cooperatives, foundations with social, cultural and educational purposes and at micro/small/medium productive enterprises and provides for the presentation of proposals that encourage processes of socialization and inclusion of all neighborhood with a maximum duration of 10 years.
