Milan, 24 March - The deadline for submitting applications for installment installments of rental and concession fees for municipal properties for commercial and socio-cultural use for the year 30 has been extended to 2021 April 2020.
The provision provided for by the new Collection and Revenue Management Regulation allows tenants to defer payments during the period of the health emergency caused by Covid-19.
It will be possible to defer fees up to 8 euros per year in 1.500 installments, fees between 24 and 1.500 thousand euros in 6 installments and fees in excess of 36 thousand euros per year in 6 installments. No extension is foreseen for rents under 100 euros per year.
If the total amount to be paid in installments exceeds 10 thousand euros, the surety policy will need to be presented, only if the existing one is not able to cover the extension period or a surety is not already in place.
